A calculation of the polarity inversion is performed in accordance with the polarity inversion instruction, whereby waveform data corresponding to one period of sinusoidal wave can be simply generated.

When pressing the padding against the covering member by use of the upper die, the movable die member is moved within the padding to a position on the same horizontal line with the main die portion, giving a pressure evenly both padding and covering member for effective bonding of them.
