  • Patent number: 6755734
Abstract: Information from fan filter units and differential pressure gauges provided in a ceiling of a clean room is used to control directions and volumes of air flows blown from respective fan filter units. In order to improve a wind velocity distribution in the clean room, pressure in a ceiling chamber is made uniform and control of the FFU revolution speeds of fan filter units is made easy. In order to control directions of air flows in the clean room, damper adjusting mechanisms are provided under a grating floor of the clean room. Such arrangement enables optimizing an operating condition of the clean room and achieving energy saving.

  • Patent number: 6156090
Abstract: An air cleaner includes a housing having an upper wall and side walls, an air filter mounted with respect to the housing, a fan including a vane-wheel having a plurality of vanes, a supporting plate extending substantially between at least two side walls for supporting the fan. An air flow directional member directs an air flow output from the fan. The vane is formed to have a winglike cross-section, and the vane-wheel includes not more than four vanes. The vane-wheel has a base plate and a shroud. Each of the base plate and the shroud is formed to have a reinforcement portion on its circumference. A U-shaped balance weight is attached to a flattened portion formed on the curled portion. The air cleaner of the present invention can reduce noise and vibration and improve efficiency of the fan.

  • Patent number: 5953233
Abstract: A process of generating discrete points to be followed by a cutter during movements of the cutter to machine a workpiece, including a step of operating a computer including a data processor, to select at least one of different discrete point generating conditions stored in a memory of the computer, according to a command entered by an operator of the computer, each discrete point generating condition including at least one requirement that should be satisfied when the discrete points are generated so as to define a cutter path, a step of operating the computer to calculate an interval of the discrete points, according to the selected discrete point generating condition or conditions, and a step of operating the computer to generate the discrete points on the basis of the calculated interval, such that the discrete points are spaced apart from each other by the interval. The discrete point generating conditions may include requirements associated with velocities of the cutter during machining of the workpiece.

Abstract: A sound transmission method is carried out in a data way system comprising at least one controller, more than two data input modules and more than two data output modules all of which are connected to one another by a series of data transmission lines making a single loop while linking them together. The data input modules and output modules each are given an address. One or some of the data input modules are constructed as a sound input module or modules, while one or some of the data output modules are constructed as a sound output module or modules. • Patent number: 4692687
Abstract: An optical pulse receiving device converts an optical pulse signal into an electric signal, maintains a maximum value of the electric signal and sets a threshold voltage at one-half the maintained signal using a resistor divider. A comparison circuit compares the converted electrical signal with the threshold voltage and emits an output pulse on the basis of the comparison of the two signals. The output pulse is a square pulse with accurate timing.

  • Patent number: 4490747
Abstract: A main control unit is connected through a selection unit to a magnetic tape memory device and an optical disk memory device. Picture information of a document which is subject to correction or revision is stored together with corresponding index information in the magnetic tape memory device, and picture information which does not require correction or revision is stored together with corresponding index information in the optical disc memory device. Index information for the picture information to be written or read out and also one of the memory devices are specified with a keyboard, which is connected to the main control unit. A reading unit, which is connected to the main control unit, reads out picture information of the document through scanning thereof and supplies the information thus obtained to the main control unit.
