    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a location service are disclosed. The method is performed at a mobile device having one or more processors and memory for storing programs to be executed by the one or more processors. The method includes storing respective geographic positions for a set of points of interest (POIs). The method includes determining a current location and a current viewing direction of a user while storing the respective geographic positions of the set of POIs. The method also includes identifying, based on the stored geographic positions and the current location and viewing direction of the user, a subset of POIs within a current field of view associated with the user from the set of POIs. The method further includes mapping the current location of the user and the respective geographic positions of the subset of POIs onto a user interface displayed on the mobile device.

    Abstract: A method for preventing serious weather disasters includes steps of: (A) finding an area, where cloud layers which are thick are gathered, by a conventional meteorological technology; (B) defining an artificial rain position with a highest density, thickness or temperature in the cloud layers; and (C) setting one or more artificial rain bands with a strip shape at the artificial rain position, and providing artificial rain, in such a manner that clouds to which the artificial rain are provided is cooled to rain; temperatures, densities and measurements of the cloud layers are lowered; and hot air below the cloud layers is released; wherein the clouds after being cooled flow to and cool hot clouds nearby, so as to rain one after another, thus eliminating natural conditions for forming the serious weather disasters.

    Abstract: A noninvasive arterial condition detecting system includes a processing device and an electronic stethoscope configured for auscultating carotid artery to receive sound signals. The processing device is connected to the electronic stethoscope. The processing device records the sound signals, preprocesses the sound signal to reduce noise, measures a trough-peak distance and a trough-peak time, and generates an estimate result of arterial conditions according to the trough-peak distance and the trough-peak time. The trough-peak distance and the trough-peak time are related to the health of the carotid artery walls.

    Abstract: Related to a method and system for automatically detecting and analyzing pediatric ECGs, the invention comprises a signal acquisition system, a lead number determination module, a QRS wave positioning module, a P and T wave positioning module, a template and waveform analysis module, an automatic comparison module and a display and print module. The invention is a computer-aided analysis to the electrocardiograms of pediatric patients under the age of 16, applicable to the electrocardiograms of children acquired by different numbers of leads, and can be more widely used in clinical application. Moreover, the invention adopts the combined single-lead and multi-lead method to position the easily interfered characteristic points of P, QRS and T waves of pediatric ECGs. Therefore, this method can avoid the errors caused by single-lead calculation, guarantee the accuracy of parameter calculation, and consequently guarantee the accuracy of final automatic analysis results.

The bits dividing device divides the data recording each pixel point of the digital image, on the basis of bit, into bits for calculating the eigenvalue of the image, bits for hiding the watermark and bits for locating altered regions. The altered regions initializing device can set all the data of the bits for locating altered regions to 0 or 1. The eigenvalue calculating device can calculate the eigenvalue of digital signals. The encryption device encrypts the calculated eigenvalue. The watermark embedding device embeds the eigenvalue information in the digital signals.
