  • Publication number: 20090101049
Abstract: The present invention relates to an iron pallet which is essentially used to conveniently, quickly and correctly handle articles or products when producing, transporting and keeping the articles or products, a method of manufacturing the same, and an intermediate support for the same. A coating layer is formed on an upper surface of an iron pallet which will come into contact with a product to be placed on the iron pallet, by processing a solid material at a high temperature using plasma, arc or flame to produce fine particles and by momentarily jetting the fine particles to the upper surface of the iron pallet such that fine particles are formed on the upper surface of the iron pallet. Therefore, fine depressions and prominences are created to prevent slip of the product placed on the pallet, and excellent corrosion resistance is rendered when compared to a conventional iron pallet.

  • Patent number: 7523088
Abstract: A transactional database server is accessible by applications. Applications indicate whether access is made using an online protocol. Where the database server determines that a request received from an application is made using the online protocol, the server will return one of a set of defined error codes upon identified system resources being determined to be scarce. Applications monitor responses from the database server for the defined error codes. On receipt of one of the defined error codes an application will issue a commit to the database server to attempt to release system resources for use by applications.

  • Patent number: 7520373
Abstract: An electromagnetic friction clutch has at least two clutch parts that are mounted so as to be rotatable relative to each other and movable toward and away from each other and that touch each other with a contact force in the position of use. The clutch parts are located in a magnetic circuit, which is guided in the clutch parts in a soft magnetic material in sheet form. Positioned in the magnetic circuit is an electromagnet having a soft magnetic core and a coil. The magnetic circuit has air gaps between the soft magnetic core and at least one of the clutch parts. The flux density in the magnetic circuit, and thus the contact force, is modifiable via the current applied to the coil. The magnetic flux changes at least ten flux crossover points one after the other in the direction of flow between the clutch parts. The cross section of the magnetic flux in at least one air gap is at least five times greater than the smallest flux cross section in the soft magnetic material.

  • Patent number: 7522075
Abstract: Information, such as ticket information is encoded, for transmission of the encoded information to a device that can display the encoded information as visible alphanumeric characters. Original information is converted into a binary format then separated into x bit binary words, where x is the same as a maximum number of bits data required by every data character in a pre-determined data character map. The binary words are formed into a sequence of characters using a data character map. Special marker characters are inserted into the sequence. The special characters demarcate the sequence into sets of characters separated by one or more special marker characters. Line feed command characters are also inserted. The encoded information is transmitted to a client device that displays it as a rectangular array of characters bounded by the special marker characters.
