After approval of the chiplet design, multiple dies or chiplets may be coupled together within a multi-die package to form a package having desired computing capabilities. After assembly, each chiplet is provided a unique identifier, such as by setting a fuse. Based on the unique identifier, each chiplet is made aware of how interfaces to other chiplets are configured so that signals may be routed appropriately. Using modular chiplets in this fashion reduces testing requirements and non-recurring expenses while increasing flexibility for design options.

Iteratively determining the next word generally includes evaluating a set of words of the input sentence using a language model configured to output candidate sentences and evaluating the candidate sentences using a sentiment model configured to output sentiment scores for the candidates sentences. Iteratively determining the next word further includes calculating convex combinations for the candidate sentences and selecting an ending word of one of the candidate sentences as the next word of the replacement sentence. The method further includes transmitting the replacement sentence in response to the request for the replacement sentence.

The third-party application may send a resource access request for accessing a resource of the mesh network and access the requested resource through the optimal connection route thus determined. Thus, the disclosure enables a peer-to-peer mesh network infrastructure that allows secure access to the resource by a third-party application without using a cloud server to route the resource access request from the client device to the gateway.
