  • Patent number: 10989412
Abstract: A heat shield assembly of a combustion chamber has a supporting structure and heat shield elements arranged on the supporting structure. For fastening, the supporting structure has spring devices fastened therein, into each of which a fastening bolt can be screwed. In order to realize the pre-installation and the later removal of the spring elements contained in the spring device, at a holding sleeve, a contact plate is removably fastened in the holding sleeve on the side facing the heat shield element and a stationary securing plate is arranged on the opposite side.

  • Patent number: 8829384
Abstract: A guiding and shaping system for producing welded pipes made from metallic strip material. The guiding and shaping system comprises several pairs of rolls that are disposed one behind another in the direction of travel of the workpiece and are used for increasingly cold-working and bending the edges of the workpiece as the workpiece advances. First pairs of rolls grip the top side and bottom side of the workpiece while pairs of rolls that grip the external faces of the bent edges and form the shape of a pipe are provided in the region where the bent edges form undercuts. The guiding and shaping system further comprises a welding device. The workpiece is supported by floatingly mounted lateral rolls until cooling off following the welding process.

  • Patent number: 7872416
Abstract: An electrode layer (2) formed by a transparent conductive varnish is applied to a mineral or plastic glass carrier. Afterwards, a luminescent layer (3) formed by a transparent matrix (5) provided with electroluminophors (4) incorporated therein is disposed within contours defining an image surface. Said luminescent layer (3) is dividable into several discrete partial areas. A rear silver-containing electrode layer (7) extends within the a luminescent layer (3) contours above a surface whose size is approximately equal to the size of the luminescent layer (3) but leaves a narrow edge area (8) thereof free. The structure also comprises an insulating transparent layer (9) provided with recesses (10) in the area of the rear electrode layer (7) in order to bring it into contact for voltage supply from a rear face. Said rear electrode layer (7) is brought into contact through the recesses (10) of the insulating layer (9) by means of a transparent conductive varnish contact layer (12).

  • Publication number: 20100209724
Abstract: A plastic substrate is disclosed that is provided with a conductive layer wherein an electroluminescent layer is applied to a conductive layer. In order to produce the electroluminescent layer, a printing paste is used that is preferably applied by means of screen printing. The printing paste is based on a transparent, acrylate-based UV printing lacquer that is known per se. The UV printing lacquer is mixed with electroluminophores at a ratio of at least two parts by weight UV printing lacquer and three parts by weight electroluminophores. A phthalic acid emollient is added. The dielectric layer results from the application, preferably the imprinting, of a dielectric paste. Preferably, a composition is selected from the dielectric paste that is similar to that of the printing paste. Here, however, instead of the luminescent pigments, a filler is used, preferably a mixture of barium titanate and titanium dioxide.

  • Publication number: 20070278943
Abstract: The electroluminescent (EL) element comprises a transparent plastic film substrate (1) onto whose rear side a transparent first electrode layer (2) comprised of indium tin oxide (ITO) is vacuum sputtered. A first electroluminescent layer (3) with dispersed electroluminophores (4) is placed on the first electrode layer (2). This first electroluminescent layer consists of a transparent matrix (5) into which the electroluminophores (4) are incorporated (4). The second electrode layer (rear electrode layer) (6) is placed on the first electroluminescent layer (3) or on an insulating intermediate layer (not shown) located thereon. This second electrode layer is insulated toward its side facing away from the first electroluminescent layer (3) by means of the insulating layer (7). On the front side, i.e. the visible face, a third electrode layer (8) comprised of transparent conductive lacquer is applied to the plastic film substrate (1).

  • Publication number: 20060255717
Abstract: The invention relates to an electroluminescent film providing a particularly advantageous compromise between the safe functioning and simplified production thereof. The inventive polychromatic electroluminescent element consists of three similar electroluminescent films which contain dispersed electroluminophors and whose colors are not different from each other. The different colors are obtainable by an additional color mixture by means of a separate electric excitation of each electroluminescent film. Each of the films essentially comprises a support made of PET or other plastic material on which an electrode layer is vapour-deposited or cathode-sputtered, a luminous layer on which a rear transparent electrode is placed by serigraphy and laminated by means of an insulating foil.
