  • Publication number: 20070062160
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and to a device (7) for the production and bottling of liquids enriched with oxygen or an oxygen-gas mixture, especially drinks, in containers, especially bottles or cans. The liquid enriched with oxygen and, optionally, other gases, particularly in a dissolved form, is poured into containers which are then closed in a pressure-sealed manner such that the enriched liquid is maintained during the bottling process at least temporally in a nitrogenous atmosphere.

  • Publication number: 20070029863
Abstract: A planing device and a method for activating a planing device, with a mining planer reversibly moveable by means of a planer chain, with at least two chain drives having variable-speed drive motors, with a planer travel measurement system and with a motor control device which, for example by position control, delivers activation parameters for a change in rotational speed of the drive motors for changing the planing speed and which is assigned a control module 12 with automatic load compensation regulation between the drive motors. A monitoring module is provided, which, for example by position control, switches off the control module for load compensation regulation or modifies its operating mode and delivers different activation parameters to the drive motors.

  • Publication number: 20060254885
Abstract: A method of monitoring belt orientation and/or belt travel of a belt conveyor apparatus includes measurement of compression and/or thrust stress patterns within the belt as it passes over a support roller arrangement by measuring means embedded in the belt. The measured signal is recorded and associated with a specific support roller. The signal pattern allows conclusions to be drawn about misalignments of the belt or possible defects in the support rollers. A belt conveyor apparatus has measuring means embedded in the belt and including at least one multi-axis sensor for detecting the stress variations in the belt.

  • Patent number: 6793065
Abstract: A transport mechanism for piece goods, such as bottles, can cardboards, trays or the like, which consists of at last two transporter sections that each have at least one drive unit of its own, which is adjustable in rotary speed, with a coordinated control module, with the control module connected with a central control-regulating unit for the transmission of signals. The control-regulating unit has at least one transmitter, and the control module has at least one receiver for wireless signal transmission, particularly by radio.

  • Patent number: 6715601
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the control of the chain drive mechanisms of underground working machines and a correspondingly equipped chain scraper conveyor. The invention proposes to filter out a detection signal (Serk), representative of the currently arising vibrations of the chain (1), from the operating data of the main and auxiliary drives (I, II) by means of a detection device (34), and to take this to an active suppressor (35), which generates a time-variable control signal (STilgung) in accordance with a suppressor function, with which, in the frequency range of the vibration of the chain, a change is effected to a control value, e.g. (Ssoll) for the closing pressure adjustment of a multiple disc clutch (6) of at least one drive unit for the suppression of vibration by the abstraction of energy from, or the introduction of energy into the chain (1).

  • Publication number: 20020195318
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the control of the chain drive mechanisms of underground working machines and a correspondingly equipped chain scraper conveyor. In chain scraper conveyors with a large distance between the main and auxiliary drive stations, e.g. a distance of more than 400 m, a chain breakage in the bottom run or a shaft breakage can arise, which can be traced back to vibration phenomena in the chain. The invention proposes to filter out a detection signal (Serk), representative of the currently arising vibrations of the chain (1), from the operating data of the main and auxiliary drives (I, II) by means of a detection device (34), and to take this to an active suppressor (35), which generates a time-variable control signal (STilgung) in accordance with a suppressor function, with which, in the frequency range of the vibration of the chain, a change is effected to a control value, e.

  • Patent number: 6244275
Abstract: A method and a device for the control of the treatment of the interior of bottles or similar containers, where the introduction of the fluid into the interior occurs by means of a nozzle presenting an exit opening, and a control is performed to determine the presence of a fluid jet in the area after the exit opening and/or the fluid inlet leading to the exit opening.

  • Patent number: 5499303
Abstract: A method for correcting the gaze direction of persons in a digital image where an angular error between the gaze direction and the camera axis is determined. The pupils of both eyes in the image are then segmented and displaced within the image plane. Areas which have become free are filled in using the color of the eyeball. Any interfering edges produced are attenuated in a subsequent processing step (e.g., by using a low-pass filter). The method is also applicable for a sequence of images over time.

The piston includes at least one compression ring groove defined by first and second spaced lateral surfaces for receiving the at least one compression ring. The first lateral surface is located nearest the top end of the piston. At least one of the first and second surfaces includes a plurality of profiles extending circularly around the axis and having a depth in the range of 0.003 mm to 0.015 mm and a width in the range of 0.02 mm to 0.2 mm.
