  • Publication number: 20220180257
Abstract: A communication between parties over a network may be performed to complete a specific workflow and thereby complete a task. Portions of the workflow may be performed during the communication and others performed after the communication has ended. However, a standardized workflow may have variations, such as when portions to complete after the call has ended may have been completed during the communication or when an agent provides additional or alternative tasks. By analyzing the conversation, such as with a neural network or other artificial intelligent system, the portion of the second workflow to be completed after the communication has ended may be produced that accurately reflects the tasks to be completed.

  • Publication number: 20220180222
Abstract: A system and related method score a fairness of an outcome model. The method comprises receiving a set of original transaction records (OTRs), and selecting an OTR subset of the OTRs according to a subset selection criteria in order to reduce a number of OTRs to send to outcome model. For each OTR in the subset a perturbed transaction record (PTR) is created based on the OTR that includes changing at least one attribute in the PTR from the OTR, sending the OTR and the PTR to the outcome model, receiving an OTR outcome and a PTR outcome from the outcome model, and determining a record bias score for the OTR outcome and the PTR outcome respectively that indicates bias in the respective outcome. The OTR and the PTR bias score are stored in a bias determination system (BDS) database.

  • Publication number: 20220182286
Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure facilitates performance of node management actions in a computing infrastructure having diverse node interfaces. In one embodiment, a configuration data is maintained, the configuration data specifying plugins designed to communicate with different node interfaces installed on the nodes of a computing infrastructure. The plugins are corresponding implementations of a common client interface. Upon receiving from the client application, via the common client interface, a management action to be performed on a desired node, the configuration data is inspected to identify a specific plugin corresponding to the node interface installed on the desired node. The node management action is then performed on the desired node using the identified specific plugin. Accordingly, the client application can be implemented agnostic to the specific node interfaces installed on a node.
