Abstract: An information retrieval system and method are presented. A template is retrieved from a template repository. The template repository stores a plurality of templates. Each of the plurality of templates includes a concept and a relationship from a knowledge model. The knowledge model defines a plurality of entities and interrelationships between one or more of the plurality of entities. The plurality of entities include concepts and instances. The template is transmitted to a client computer, and a statement is received from the client computer. The statement includes an instantiation of the template. A knowledge base is queried using the statement to generate a result listing identifying an item in the knowledge base. The knowledge base identifies a plurality of items. Each of the plurality of items is associated with at least one annotation identifying at one of the entities in the knowledge model.

The hinge sectors of the lid comprise complimentary flaps engageable to each other, whereas the door is formed with a detachable closing element. Abstract: High-density fiber optic modules and fiber optic module housings and related equipment are disclosed. In certain embodiments, a front opening of a fiber optic module and/or fiber optic module housing is configured to receive fiber optic components. The width and/or height of the front opening can be provided according to a designed relationship to a width and/or height, respectively, of a front side of a main body of the fiber optic module and/or fiber optic module housing. In this manner, a high density of fiber optic components and/or connections for a given space of the front side of the fiber optic module can be supported by the fiber optic module and/or fiber optic module housing. The fiber optic modules and fiber optic module housings disclosed herein can be disposed in fiber optic equipment including but not limited to a fiber optic chassis and a fiber optic equipment drawer.

Abstract: Oxidative dehydrogenation of light paraffins, such as ethane at moderate temperatures (<500° C.) to produce ethylene without the formation of side products such as acetic acid and/or other oxygenated hydrocarbons is achieved using tellurium-free, multimetallic catalysts possessing orthorhombic M1 phase and other crystalline structures that have an important role for obtaining high performance catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene. Such catalysts are prepared using thermal and hydrothermal methods.

A triple statement is constructed using the relationship between the pair of terms, and a query is executed against a knowledge base using the triple statement to generate a set of results. The knowledge base identifies a plurality of items, each of the plurality of items is associated with at least one annotation identifying at one of the entities in the knowledge model. The set of results are transmitted to the client computer.

Abstract: Furcation mounting structures for securing a plurality of furcation bodies of respective fiber optic cable assembles within the fiber optic shelf are disclosed. In one embodiment, the furcation mounting structure has a first type of aperture for attaching a first type of clip for securing a furcation body and a second type of aperture for securing a second type of clip for securing a furcation body. Consequently, the furcation management structures disclosed advantageously allow the mounting of different types of clips thereto. In other embodiments, the furcation mounting structure is mounted within the fiber optic shelf or assembly.

Abstract: Process for producing a flame-retardant polyurethane foam of density from 5 to 50 g/L, by mixing (a) organic polyisocyanate with (b) polymeric compounds having at least two hydrogen atoms reactive toward isocyanates, (c) optionally chain extender and/or crosslinking agent, (d) flame retardant, (e) blowing agent, (f) catalysts, and optionally (g) auxiliary and additives to give a reaction mixture and permitting said reaction mixture to react completely, where the flame retardant (d) comprises expandable graphite and oligomeric organophosphorus flame retardant. The present invention further relates to a flame-retardant polyurethane foam which can be produced by a process of the invention, and also to the use of this foam in vehicles for acoustic insulation.

In this manner, each fiber optic equipment tray is independently translatable within the guide system. One or more fiber optic modules may also be disposed in one or more module guides disposed in the fiber optic equipment trays to allow each fiber optic module to translate independently of other fiber optic modules in the same fiber optic equipment tray. In other embodiments, a plurality of fiber optic modules are disposed in a module guide system disposed in the fiber optic equipment that translate independently of other fiber optic modules disposed within the module guide system.

Abstract: In a method for validating a location provided by a user equipment requesting a service to a telecommunication network, the network receives (202) an information relating to the location of the user equipment and detects (203-205) the network access point to which the user equipment is connected. The method then provides for retrieving in a database historical information relative to locations of user equipments during connections to the detected network access point. A validation index is automatically generated based on the received location and on the retrieved historical information. The location provided by the user equipment is validated based on the validation index. A telecommunication network suitable to implement the method is also disclosed.
