  • Publication number: 20240318586
Abstract: A method for evaluating a sensor signal of an exhaust NOx sensor, which is disposed downstream of a three-way catalytic converter in an exhaust system of a spark ignition internal combustion engine. An ammonia factor is modeled downstream of the three-way catalytic converter using an ammonia formation model. A NOx emission is modeled in the exhaust system downstream of the three-way catalytic converter using a NOx model. The modeled ammonia emissions and the modeled NOx emission are separated by a separation algorithm using the sensor signal of the exhaust NOx sensor. The separation algorithm provides quantitative information about the tailpipe ammonia emissions and the tailpipe NOx emissions of the spark ignition internal combustion engine. • Patent number: 12093163
Abstract: A system performs static program analysis with artifact reuse. The system identifies artifacts associated with the software program being analyzed. The system processes the identified artifacts for performing static program analysis and transmits either the artifacts or identifiers for the artifacts to a second processing device for performing program analysis. The second processing device receives the artifacts and uses the received identifiers to retrieve the artifacts from a networked storage system. The second device also retrieves stored summaries of previous program analysis from the networked storage system. The program analysis uses the retrieved artifacts to generate work units for static program analysis. The analysis is performed only for those work units that are determined to remain unchanged from previous static program analysis cycles.

  • Patent number: 12094069
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to techniques for presenting a combined view of a virtual environment and a real environment in response to detecting a transition event associated with an object in the real environment. While presenting the combined view, if an input of a first type is detected, the combined view is adjusted by increasing the visibility of imagery of the virtual environment and decreasing the visibility of imagery of the real environment. If an input of a second type is detected, the combined view is adjusted by decreasing the visibility of the imagery of the virtual environment and increasing the visibility of the imagery of the real environment.

  • Patent number: 12085407
Abstract: A 3D map comprising sensor data items depicting the environment is updated, each sensor data item having one or more associated variables such as a pose of a capture device or a position of a landmark. A graph is calculated from sensor data items. The graph comprises nodes and edges, a node representing at least one variable in the received sensor data items and an edge representing relationships between variables. The graph is partitioned into a plurality of subgraphs so as to reduce a number of variables that are shared between subgraphs. Each of the plurality of subgraphs is allocated to a respective worker node. At each worker node, updated values of the variables are computed. The process updates values of variables which are shared between subgraphs to a common value using a consensus process. The 3D map of the environment is updated according to the updated values of the variables.
