A headrest bun is releasably coupled to the mounting surface of the front panel. The headrest bun is configured to be easily mounted and removed from the mounting surface of the front panel. When the headrest bun is removed, the cradle is accessible and configured to receive the rear portion of a helmet of a vehicle occupant.

A second layer of foam can be applied over the foam overmolded over the tubular portion of the first metallic support element.
