Publication number: 20260078311Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and associated methods relate to actively cooling and transporting a fuel to a gasification reactor vessel. An actively cooled gasifier screw feeder can include a screw feeder having a first coolant path arranged therethrough and arranged to actively transport the fuel, a sleeve arranged in coaxial relation and about the screw feeder having a second coolant path arranged therethrough, a coolant reservoir arranged to receive, store, and supply a coolant to the first and second coolant paths, and a coolant pump in operative communication with the coolant reservoir and arranged to pump the coolant. The actively cooled gasifier screw feeder is configured to actively cool and feed the fuel into the gasification reactor vessel at a fuel feed rate based upon a type of the fuel and during steady-state operation of the gasification reactor vessel.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 25, 2025Publication date: March 19, 2026Inventors: Mark Bauer, Renus C. Patent number: 12510295Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to drying a wet coated seed material stream comprising an incoming wet granular biosolids stream mixed with a controlled size dried seed material recycling stream to produce a moist air and pellet stream, separating an uncontrolled size dried pellet stream from the moist air and pellet stream, diverting a recycle portion of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to be recycled, diverting the remainder of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to an outlet, resizing oversized pellets from the recycle portion of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to produce the controlled size dried seed material recycling stream, and mixing the controlled size dried seed material recycling stream with the incoming wet granular biosolids stream to produce the wet coated seed material stream. Oversized pellets may be selected using a screen. The oversized pellets may be resized using a crusher inline with the recycle stream.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2023Date of Patent: December 30, 2025Assignee: ARIES CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES LLCInventors: Renus Kelfkens, Mark Bauer

Patent number: 11912066Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus for automated vehicle wheel removal and replacement are provided. One system includes a computer system with applications for scheduling the replacement of tires for the vehicle. An electronically controlled lift device and robotic apparatus is configured for interaction with the computer system. The lift device mechanically adjusts arms for placement on lift points of vehicles. The robotic apparatus detects positioning of lug nut configuration for a wheel, removes lug nuts, and then removes the wheel from the wheel hub with gripping arms. The wheel and tire are then handed off to a separate tire changing machine. When a new tire is replaced the robotic apparatus then mounts the wheel to the original wheel hub, and then secures the lug nuts to the lug nut bolts.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2022Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: RoboTire, Inc.Inventors: Jonathan Downey, Victor Darolfi, Robert Baranowski, Mark Bauer, Bernard J. Michini
