    Abstract: A carrier preferably for use on a vehicle such as a van includes a deck surface which is supported on the rear bumper of the van. The carrier may be moved between positions adjacent the van and a position spaced rearwardly of the van. In the spaced position, the rear doors of the van may be opened. Moreover, the carrier may be utilized as a table by a person sitting on the rear bumper of the van.
