FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a luggage & material carrier for a vehicle showing my new design, with a portion of a vehicle illustrated by broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a luggage and material carrier for a vehicle showing a second embodiment of my new design the only differences residing in the addition of brake lights and a license plate holder.
