The first region includes a proximal edge, and the second region includes a distal edge. The tab element is attached to the substrate element along a line of attachment. The slot member has an inboard portion, an outboard portion, and a slot disposed between the inboard portion and the outboard portion. The anti-pop open device is disposed on either the tab member or the slot member and reduces the likelihood of the tab member unintentionally disengaging the slot member when the tab and slot closure system is fastened.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include an array of front-fastenable disposable wearable absorbent articles with differing ear shapes. Each different ear shape corresponds to a body shape and activity level for a particular wearer. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a first article, sized for a wearer of a first size, has a first side ear with a first side ear upper edge with concave portions, and a second article, sized for a wearer of a second size that is greater than the first size, has a second side ear with a second side ear upper edge with convex portions.

One or more sections of the pant-like garments are provided with one or more cohesive areas which allow for cohesive fastening and refastening of portions of the garment. The cohesives chosen may have the same properties or may be of the selective adhesive type. Pant like garments may be provided with cohesive fasteners and not other types of refastening means. In other variations, cohesive fasteners may be supplemented with one or more frangible bonds. Also disclosed are side portions having cohesive areas which may be converted in use from an abutting facing relationship to an overlapping facing relationship. Multiple cohesive areas of varying types for providing differential bond properties during use are also disclosed.
