  • Patent number: 10083522
Abstract: A Quantified Image Measurement System that creates accurate physical measurement data from digital pictures is disclosed. The system can use any image format and enhances the image file with measurement data and data transformation information that enables the creation of any type of geometrical or dimensional measurement from the stored photograph. This file containing the original digital image along with the supplemental data is referred to as a Quantified Image File or QIF. The QIF can be shared with other systems via email, cloud syncing or other types of sharing technology. Once shared, existing systems such as CAD applications or web/cloud servers can use the QIF and the associated QIF processing software routines to extract physical measurement data and use the data for subsequent processing or building geometrically accurate models of the objects or scene in the image.

  • Patent number: 10085235
Abstract: A method and system for datacasting and content management. Such a system may have, as its core, a dashboard system for managing data feeds. A dashboard system may receive data feeds from one or more associated devices, such as the hardware devices of first responders or other public safety officers, and may aggregate and prioritize them. The dashboard system may then manage, prioritize and encrypt the video, files and other data in preparation for broadcast over the television or satellite transmitter, via, for example, a television broadcasting station, and may then broadcast the video, files, or other data to a plurality of users. Alerts and notifications may be created, files attached and links to video streams distributed over this same broadcast network. The broadcasting system may be able to send multiple streams of content simultaneously, may be able to target specific users to be broadcast to, and may be able to incorporate data from public data sources, such as public security cameras.

  • Patent number: 10055380
Abstract: A lane within a processor bus that communicatively connects a transmitter and a receiver is dynamically assigned as a clock lane. The clock lane subsequently transmits a reference clock signal to coordinate data communications from the transmitter to the receiver. The clock lane may be assigned by determining signal margins of various lanes of the processor bus. The signal margins are determined by the transmitter sending a test pattern upon the various lanes and analyzing the received test pattern at the receiver. A dynamically assigned clock lane results increased overall signal integrity of communications between the transmitter and receiver. Further, a dynamically assigned clock lane may result in different lanes being assigned as the clock lane at distinct boot up instances, adding to the complexity of the unauthorized user determining the operational logic of the transmitter.

  • Patent number: 10055460
Abstract: A method of analysing streams of metric data from a plurality of data processing sources (2) in a parallel processing system (1), using a computer (6). Each stream includes time stamped data associated with the respective data processing source in respect of a given metric which is sampled at intervals. For each stream of data, a start time and an end time are identified. A normalized start time and a normalized end time are determined across all streams. Sampling points are specified between the normalized start time and the normalized end time. For each stream of data, the data is re-sampled at the specified sampling points. For each sampling point, the re-sampled data across all the streams of data is processed to determine a statistical derivative of the data. A report is displayed which represents the values of the statistical derivative as a function of time. The process may be applied to various different metrics, and the results displayed at the same time, on a common time axis.

  • Patent number: 10000221
Abstract: Disclosed is a pit cover and method of installing the same. The pit cover includes a plate having a hole defining an area. A block having a threaded hole may be affixed to a bottom surface of the plate such that the threaded hole aligns with the area. A support is associated with the foundation and a groove is defined by one of the pit cover or the support. A protrusion is defined by the other one of the pit cover or the support. The groove narrows from a first width towards a second width. The first width is disposed relative to the second width such that insertion of the protrusion into the groove causes an end of the protrusion to pass the first width prior to passing the second width. The protrusion interacts with the groove to align the pit cover at a predetermined position relative to the foundation.
