  • Publication number: 20190022774
Abstract: A hole saw includes a base member configured to secure the hole saw to a drive device and a blade member extending orthogonally from each side of the base member. Each blade member is configured having respective distal ends that flex transversely to a longitudinal cutting direction of the blade member. Responsive to rotational movement of the hole saw via the drive device against a structure, a medial location of each blade member creates an initial respective linear cutting path into the structure, and further movement of the respective blade members into the structure cause the distal ends of the respective blade members to flex transversely to the cutting direction and follow the initial linear cutting path despite the rotational movement of the hole saw relative to the structure to produce a linear cut through the structure.

  • Patent number: 10127585
Abstract: A method and system that uses interactive wine lists and consumer driven advertising to increase search engine rankings for restaurants and wines through social media websites. A user may automatically display an interactive wine list having a graphical interface or “skin” that is unique to a restaurant through a single mobile application by entering the restaurant information or by using geolocation to determine the restaurant at which the electronic device is located. A unique badge system promotes wines on the interactive wine list to increases wine sales from vendors. In addition, tracking allows all user actions and information entered into the interactive wine list to be used for marketing data and for bounce back marketing.

  • Publication number: 20180133111
Abstract: There is disclosed a drinking receptacle comprising: a container for containing a fluid for drinking; and an outlet member having an outlet through which the fluid is delivered under a pressure supplied by a user of the receptacle and a collar portion that attaches to an opening of the container such that an undersurface of the collar portion abuts with an upper surface of the opening of the container to form a substantially sealed engagement between the outlet member and the container; wherein either the undersurface of the collar portion or the upper surface of the opening of the container has at least one vent formed therein, the at least one vent being configured such that when said pressure is applied to the outlet member the at least one vent member permits the controlled ingress of air into the container to facilitate flow of fluid from the outlet, and when said pressure is removed the at least one vent member substantially prevents the ingress of air into the container to facilitate a controlled vacuu

  • Publication number: 20170374394
Abstract: Ways to generate, store, and distribute optimized content are described. Content modification operations including color correction are stored as metadata that is embedded in each content item. The metadata is extracted in order to eliminate or update the modification operations. Modification operations are updated based at least partly on profiles associated with one or more content provision elements. The profiles include device profiles and codec profiles. Each profile may be specific to a particular element or be a generic profile associated with multiple elements. The profiles are generated based on evaluation of the devices and codes and are stored as entries in a look up table. When content is provided, the profiles are used to optimize the content for display.
