  • Patent number: 10880179
Abstract: Method for topology determination in a mobile communications site, wherein the mobile communications site has n nodes each having m ports. In ‘determining’ (S1), the number of existing nodes is determined. In ‘designating’, one of these nodes is designated as the master node and the others as slave nodes. In ‘selecting’, a slave node is selected as a test slave node and the communication of the other slave nodes is prevented. In ‘testing’, a test is performed to determine via which ports of the master node and via which ports of the test slave node a communication is possible. Thereafter, ‘selecting’ and ‘testing’ are repeated for the other slave nodes, wherein in the method step ‘selecting’, a different slave node is selected as the test slave node in each case. In the method step ‘generating’, a connection topology is then generated for the master node.

  • Patent number: 10620319
Abstract: Individual pieces of position information are used to determine a location using a processor and multiple local position transmitters. The processor is supplied with at least four different navigation signals, each of which corresponds to a satellite signal on the basis of the global navigation satellite system. Each navigation signal contains information on the transmission time and the transmission location. The processor generates at least four modified navigation signals by temporally shifting navigation signals relative to one another such that the target location coordinates which can be obtained therefrom correspond to a target location on the basis of the global navigation satellite system. An analyzer then superimposes the at least four modified navigation signals in order to form a modified summation navigation signal and transmits same to the local position transmitters. The summation navigation signal is calculated individually for each local position transmitter.

  • Patent number: 10419316
Abstract: A control system includes a master, at least one slave, and a communication module arranged between the master and the at least one slave, through which the master and the at least one slave communicate. The master sends control commands for controlling the at least one slave and the at least one slave responds to the control commands of the master. The communication module relays the respective control commands and responses. The master transmits to the communication module in one or a plurality of requests at least one control command and at least one associated timing requirement, the communication module processes the request(s) by sending the at least one control command according to the at least one timing requirement to the at least one slave, and the communication module determines timing information concerning the communication with the at least one slave and sends said timing information to the master.

  • Patent number: 9709331
Abstract: The invention relates to a plant and to a method for the production of cement clinker from cement raw meal, the cement raw meal being preheated in a preheating zone, precalcined in a calcining zone, completely burned in a sintering combustion zone and cooled in a cooling zone, solid fuels additionally being burned in an additional combustion region, a firing region being used in the additional combustion region, the solid fuel being introduced into the firing region where it forms a fuel bed over which a supplied oxygen-containing gas flows, the resulting combustion products being removed via a discharge opening and being used in the production of cement clinker. The fuel is supplied via a conveyor device arranged outside the firing region, in such a manner that it moves the fuel bed that is present in the direction towards the discharge opening.
