  • Patent number: 8021479
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for producing clinker from raw cement material. The raw cement material is preheated in a preheater, is precalcined in a calcining apparatus, is completely burned in a sintering furnace, and is finally cooled in a cooler. Tertiary air of the cooler is fed to the calcining apparatus while eliminated dust is thermally treated in a dust burning reactor with the aid of combustion air and fuel. At least some of the tertiary air is fed to the dust burning reactor as combustion air while the dust that is to be treated and the combustion air penetrate the dust burning reactor in the same direction of flow.

  • Publication number: 20100113097
Abstract: An antenna transmission control device has a base-station-side and an antenna-side multiplexer circuit. There is an alternating protocol transfer between these two multiplexer circuits to control components close to the antenna. The current-alarmed or protocol-alarmed signals present at the antenna-side terminals of the multiplexer provided on the antenna side can be measured or detected by the multiplexer circuits and supplied to the transmission link together with a terminal-dependent or load-dependent protocol.

  • Publication number: 20100113096
Abstract: An aerial transmission control device has a converter circuit. The converter circuit has at least one connection on the base station side, and at least one connection on the aerial side. The converter circuit is constructed so that when a load is connected, a power drawing which can be ascertained via the connection on the aerial side is measured in the converter, and so that at at least one connection on the base station side, the measured power drawing is fed in in the form of a protocol signal.

  • Publication number: 20090305180
Abstract: The invention relates to a plant and to a method for the production of cement clinker from cement raw meal, the cement raw meal being preheated in a preheating zone, precalcined in a calcining zone, completely burned in a sintering combustion zone and cooled in a cooling zone, solid fuels additionally being burned in an additional combustion region, a firing region being used in the additional combustion region, the solid fuel being introduced into the firing region where it forms a fuel bed over which a supplied oxygen-containing gas flows, the resulting combustion products being removed via a discharge opening and being used in the production of cement clinker. The fuel is supplied via a conveyor device arranged outside the firing region, in such a manner that it moves the fuel bed that is present in the direction towards the discharge opening.

  • Patent number: 6974088
Abstract: An actuator with a top plate comprises at least one duct opening for a respective electric contact pin. A contact stud carrier with a contact stud is placed over the contact pin. To prevent the possible ingress of plastic into the duct opening between a gap (s) between the contact stud carrier and the top plate during extrusion coating of the actuator or its top plate, according to the invention it is proposed that a sealing washer be located onto the open side of the duct opening of the top plate to provide a hermetic seal. As a result, the contact stud carrier can advantageously always be arranged independently of the thickness of the sealing washer such that a specified actuator length (L) can be precisely maintained. This simplifies the production process for the actuator and reduces its production costs.
