  • Publication number: 20250117884
Abstract: Disclosed is a method (100) for correcting artifacts in Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images. The method involves acquiring an OCT image and subsequently transforming it from a Cartesian coordinate system to a polar coordinate system via polar reconstruction, generating a reconstructed polar OCT image. This image is then segmented into RED, GREEN, BLUE color channels. Fourier transformation is applied to each channel, transitioning them into their frequency domain representations. A custom frequency mask is utilized on these images, filtering out artifact-related frequencies. Following this, an inverse Fourier transformation is executed, reverting the images back to their Cartesian format. These images are then combined to produce a reconstituted OCT image. Further, this reconstituted image is merged with the original OCT image, resulting in an OCT image that is substantially free from artifacts.

  • Patent number: 12259931
Abstract: A system and method for controlling a headless browser automation (an automation that does not render web pages or involve direct user input), where the web portals accessed by the browser automation employ a rule system for generating web content and the rules can result in the dynamic presentation of new response elements that could not be a priori determined from existing content already encountered, or the history of interaction with the web portal. The control system has the capability to pause the headless browser automation in place, collect the new information being requested by the web portal, present the requested new information to a remote user, capture the information from the remote user, feed the information collected to the portal automation, and restart the automation from the point that it left off.

  • Publication number: 20250058085
Abstract: A device for catheterization includes a catheter sheath support mounted to a catheterization device and holding a catheter sheath, a carriage supporting a guide needle, and a connector to removably engage the catheter sheath support to the carriage. The carriage translates along an axis of insertion of the guide needle independent of the catheter sheath support when disengaged from the connector. An actuator controls separation of the carriage from the catheter sheath support at a uniform velocity in response to disengagement of the connector. Translation and separation may be automated. In response to detection of the vessel wall puncture, the carriage automatically releases from the catheter sheath support and retracts along the axis of insertion at the uniform velocity relative to the catheter sheath support, and the catheter sheath automatically advances into the target vessel along the axis of insertion at the uniform velocity while the carriage retracts.
