  • Patent number: 11666699
Abstract: A piercing conduit to deliver medications to a user in a painless method including a placement phase, an inserting phase and an injection phase which are performed by the piercing conduit. The placement phase includes a penetrating bottom distal end of the piercing conduit which is inserted through a user's skin of the abdomen portion to place a middle aperture in the inside of the user's skin and then leave exposed the penetrating bottom distal end and a top distal end. The inserting phase passes through a sealing cap from the top distal end which has an aperture in which a needle is inserted along a conduit portion and then reaches the middle aperture that is placed inside of the user's skin. The injection phase delivers the medication with the syringe by the needle allowing to apply medication in a painless method. The piercing conduit is configured to be applied to users with constant medication such as diabetes or dialysis.

  • Patent number: 11664443
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a Laterally Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor (LDMOS) transistor with implant alignment spacers includes etching a gate stack comprising a first nitride layer. The first nitride layer is on a silicon layer. The gate stack is separated from a substrate by a first oxide layer. The gate stack is oxidized to form a polysilicon layer from the silicon layer, and to form a second oxide layer on a sidewall of the polysilicon layer. A drain region of the LDMOS transistor is implanted with a first implant aligned to a first edge formed by the second oxide layer. A second nitride layer is formed conformingly covering the second oxide layer. A nitride etch-stop layer is formed conformingly covering the second nitride layer.

  • Patent number: 11595283
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device maintains a buffer of historical telemetry data of a particular type of telemetry. The device obtains new telemetry data of the particular type of telemetry. The device makes a state evaluation by comparing the new telemetry data to the buffer, to determine whether the new telemetry data is an outlier. The device sends a message indicative of the new telemetry data to a message bus for delivery to a recipient that is not subscribed to receive telemetry data of the particular type of telemetry, when the device determines that the new telemetry data is an outlier.

  • Publication number: 20220347926
Abstract: In an example a method includes receiving, at processing circuitry, beam lattice data modelling at least part of a three-dimensional object to be generated using additive manufacturing as a beam lattice. A volumetric data model may be determined from the beam lattice data. Determining the volumetric data model may comprise dividing a volume containing the beam lattice data into sub-volumes and categorising the sub-volumes into (I) interior sub-volumes, which are wholly within a beam of the beam lattice; (ii) exterior sub-volumes which are wholly outside the beams of the beam lattice; and (ii) boundary sub-volumes which partially coincide with a beam of the beam lattice. The method may further comprise subdividing boundary sub-volumes and categorising the subdivided sub-volumes until a threshold volume size of boundary sub-volume is reached.

  • Publication number: 20220343582
Abstract: According to examples, machine-readable instructions may cause a processor to obtain a 3D mesh model of a part and to obtain a displacement map that defines amounts of displacements to be applied to various points in the 3D mesh model, in which the displacement map is at a first resolution. The processor may also generate a lower resolution version of the displacement map, in which the lower resolution is lower than the first resolution. The processor may further apply the lower resolution version of the displacement map on the 3D mesh model to generate an updated 3D mesh model.
