  • Publication number: 20250108520
Abstract: A gripper includes a main gripper body and at least two gripper fingers, at least one of which is movably mounted on the main gripper body. The gripper has a switch that can be switched between a first switch position and a second switch position, wherein the first switch position, fully releases a pulling device so that by the pulling device being pulled, the gripper finger movably mounted on the main gripper body is pulled into a closed position and the kinematic chain of the finger elements of the movably mounted gripper finger is bent. In the second switch position, a pulling section of the pulling device running along the kinematic chain of the finger elements of the movably mounted gripper finger is locked, so that by the pulling device being pulled, the gripper finger is only pulled into its closed position without the kinematic chain of the finger elements of the gripper finger being bent.

  • Patent number: 12264191
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of therapeutic proteins, in particular, to recombinant coagulation factors. It provides a recombinant Factor VIII (FVIII) protein comprising specific point mutations at defined positions, which serve to reduce the immunogenicity of said FVIII protein, wherein the Factor VIII protein substantially retains its coagulant activity. It further provides nucleic acids encoding said de-immunized protein, cell lines and methods of recombinant preparation as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising the recombinant FVIII of the invention, which are advantageous for use in treatment of patients with Hemophilia A, particularly those who have not yet been treated with a FVIII product. Additionally, it can be a safe alternative for previously treated patients and even for patients who have developed an immune-response to FVIII, e.g., for immune-tolerance-induction therapy (ITI/ITT) or rescue ITI.

  • Patent number: 12263512
Abstract: Techniques are provided for controlling extraction of landfill gas from a landfill. The techniques include obtaining a measurement of concentrations of oxygen, carbon, and methane in a sample of landfill gas. At least one processor may be used to determine based on the measurement of the concentration of oxygen in the sample, the measurement of the concentration of methane in the sample, and the measurement of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the sample, a balance gas concentration in the sample. Further, the at least one processor may be used to determine whether the determined balance gas concentration in the sample is greater than a balance gas concentration threshold. Responsive to determining that the determined balance gas concentration in the sample is greater than the balance gas concentration threshold, an actuator controls the flow control mechanism to decrease the flow rate of the landfill gas being extracted from the landfill.

  • Patent number: 12263524
Abstract: Systems and methods additively manufacturing an object by applying heat to a first plurality of metallic particles in a powder bed using a first heat source, wherein the first heat source is one of multiple heat sources configured into an array, and the first heat source generates a first melt pool. Heat is simultaneously applied to a second plurality of metallic particles in the powder bed using a second heat source of the multiple heat sources in the array to generate a second melt pool. The first plurality of metallic particles are separated from the second plurality of metallic particles by a distance, wherein the distance and an amount of heat from each heat source is controlled to generate a combined melt pool that is larger in size and encompasses the first and second melt pools. The combined melt pool is allowed to solidify to form the object.
