  • Publication number: 20210401033
Abstract: An underburner assembly connected serially to at least one liquid-filled percolator unit and a smoke collection vessel. The assembly includes a lower base with a raised platform. Attached to the lower base is a combustion source. Disposed over the platform is a support column or a bell. Mounted over the burner and under the support column or bell is a product holder. When the combustion source is ignited, the hot fumes flow upward into the product holder and heats the plant product contained in the product holder. Attached over the top surface of the support column or bell is an air/smoke collection cap. Formed on the cap is an inlet port connected to a compressor that forces air into the air/smoke collection cap and creates a venturi effect that draws smoke formed in the support column into the air/smoke collection. The outlet port on the air/smoke collect cap may be connected to one or more liquid percolating units and to a smoke collection.

  • Publication number: 20210059294
Abstract: A tool for making elongated rods made of compacted plant material. The tool includes rod mold with a rod cavity and a plunger configured to slide into the rod cavity. In one embodiment, a stop plate with a pin is placed inside the rod cavity. During use, the stop plate covers the rod cavity's exit opening and the pin extends axially the full length of the rod cavity. Particles of plant material are placed inside the rod cavity and around the pin. The lower end of the plunger includes a pin opening configured to receive the pin when the plunger is downward to compact the plant material. In another embodiment, the stop plate includes a pin opening that enables a pin attached to the closed end of the plunger to extend through. During use, both the plunger and the pin are forced downward in the rod cavity to compact the plant material and form an air conduit.

  • Publication number: 20090313781
Abstract: A force reducing bladed hand tool designed to allow the tool's blade to rotate so that the working edge of the blade is continuously aligned for optimal cutting or scraping with each arm movement. In the first embodiment, the hand tool is a knife with a hollow handle with a longitudinally aligned tension spring located therein. Mounted on the distal end of the handle is a connector with a downward extending spline attached thereto. Pivotally attached to the spline is an elongated blade with a cutting edge. The proximal end of the blade is attached to a coupler which connects at an opposite end to the spring bias the blade inward through the connector and towards the handle. During assembly, a pivot pin is extended through the bore in the spline and a complimentary bore formed on the blade. The pivot pin and the lower slot on the connector enables the distal end of the blade to pivot upward when excessive pressure is exerted on the handle by the user's hand.
