  • Publication number: 20090248678
Abstract: A document set, and history documents including documents, etc., browsed by a user are input. The document set and the history documents are each analyzed to obtain characteristic vectors. A plurality of topic clusters and a plurality of sub-topic clusters are obtained by clustering the document set. A transition structure showing transitions of topics among the sub-topic clusters is generated, and a characteristic attribute is extracted from each topic cluster and each sub-topic cluster. An cluster-of-interest is extracted in comparison among characteristic vectors of the history documents and a characteristic vector of each document included in the document set, a sub-topic cluster having transition relations with the cluster-of-interest is obtained on the basis of a transition structure owned by the cluster-of-interest, and a document included in the sub-topic cluster is extracted as a recommended document to be presented together with the characteristic attribute.

  • Publication number: 20090248679
Abstract: An information device and an information presentation method are disclosed. The neighboring environment in which a device is located or the behavior of the device user is recognized based on sensor data thereby to determine the situation data. The plural object information are acquired in accordance with the situation data. Plural related words related to the plural object information are retrieved from a database and thereby developed. Plural related words are displayed to permit any one of them to be selected. Once one of the related words is selected, the object information is reduced to only the one for the related word, and any one of the object information is displayed in a selectable manner.

  • Publication number: 20080319746
Abstract: A keyword analysis device obtains word vectors represented by the documents by analyzing keywords contained in each of documents input in a designated period. A topic cluster extraction device extracts topic clusters belonging to the same topic from a plurality of documents. A keyword extraction device extracts, as a characteristic keyword group, a predetermined number of keywords from the topic cluster in descending order of appearance frequency. A topic structurization determination device determines whether the topic can be structurized, by segmenting the topic cluster into subtopic clusters with reference to the number of documents, the variance of dates contained in the documents, or the C-value of keyword contained in the documents, as a determination criterion. And a keyword presentation device presents the characteristic keyword group in the subtopic cluster upon arranging the keyword group on the basis of the date information.

  • Publication number: 20080047347
Abstract: After a probe control means causes a longitudinal wave probe to carry out transmission and reception, it slides a shear wave probe to the same position. The probe control means rotates the shear wave probe at each predetermined angle and rotates it 180° while causing it to carry out the transmission and the reception at each rotating position. A measured data analyzer 16 calculates the constant of texture induced anisotropy in a test piece from echo data when both the probes carry out the transmission and the reception. With this arrangement, it is possible to measure the residual stress of a material, in which both texture induced anisotropy and residual stress induced anisotropy mixedly exist with pinpoint accuracy by separating only the texture induced anisotropy from the material.

  • Patent number: 7208114
Abstract: A golf ball is provided which contains a core and a cover. In the forming of the cover, two half shells made from a thermoplastic resinous composition are used to cover the core, the composite is put in a spherical mold, then, the mold is clamped. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin where it is heated and pressurized at a pressure of 5 kgf/cm2 to 50 kgf/cm2, and the excess thermoplastic resin composition flows out of the spherical cavity. Subsequently, the thermoplastic resin composition is heated in the spherical cavity and is pressurized at a pressure of 70 kgf/cm2 or more whereby the cover is formed. The total volume of the two half shells is 105% to 120% of the volume of the cover.

  • Publication number: 20070006067
Abstract: A Web page browsing apparatus has stored keywords such as a “next” which is a clue to pass to a next page. When an “Advance” key of a key-in unit is operated, a HTML file of a Web page displayed presently on a display is searched for a character string which is used as a keyword to jump to a next page. When the character string is searched out, a URL written with the searched-out character string is extracted as a URL of a next page. A HTML file of a Web page represented by the extracted URL is acquired from a Web server accessed in accordance with the extracted URL and displayed as a Web page next to the presently displayed page.

  • Patent number: 7087201
Abstract: Half shell 10 has a bowl-like shape, and is composed of a thermoplastic resin composition. The half shell 10 has a top part 11 and a side part 12. The thickness Tt of the top part 11 is less than the thickness Ts of the side part 12. The difference (Ts?Tt) between both thicknesses is 0.02 mm or greater and 0.30 mm or less. Two half shells 10 and a core covered by the half shells 10 are placed into a mold comprising an upper portion and a lower portion both of which having a semi hemispherical cavity. Upon clamping, the thermoplastic resin composition is compressed while being heated, resulting in outflow of the excess thermoplastic resin composition from the cavity. A cover is formed having the nominal thickness of 0.3 mm or greater and 1.0 mm or less with remained thermoplastic resin composition.
