  • Publication number: 20120209510
Abstract: An in-vehicle information processing device capable of efficiently processing information by extracting an event that exists outside of a travel route but can possibly reach the travel route. The in-vehicle information processing device includes a map database, a traffic information database, a vehicle position determination mechanism, a driving assist information extraction mechanism for extracting driving assist information, and a driving assist information database for storing the driving assist information. An aid information extraction mechanism includes a travel route determination mechanism for determining a vehicle travel route based on a vehicle position. The driving assist information extraction mechanism extracts the driving assist information from map information and traffic information on the travel route.

  • Publication number: 20110302466
Abstract: Each of a control panel node 2 and an input/output node 3 has a safety data processing unit 7 and a high reliability communication unit 8. At the time of transmission, the safety data processing unit 7 creates a safety data packet including data about safety and the high reliability communication unit 8 creates a communication data packet including the safety data packet from the safety data processing unit 7 and transmits the communication data packet a predetermined number of times. At the time of reception, the high reliability communication unit 8 acquires and outputs a safety data packet by determining one of one or more communication data packets having the same contents which it has received properly as an effective packet, and the safety data processing unit 7 analyzes a state concerning the safety of a system on the basis of the data about safety acquired from the safety data packet from the high reliability communication unit 8.

  • Publication number: 20110236227
Abstract: A nozzle of an ejector depressurizes and injects fluid, which is supplied to the nozzle. The nozzle is received in a receiving space of a body. The nozzle and the body are formed by press working. The nozzle includes nozzle-side ribs, which extend in an axial direction and project radially outward. The body includes body-side ribs, which extend in the axial direction and project radially outward. In a predetermined cross section of each of the nozzle and the body, which is perpendicular to the axial direction and includes the corresponding ribs, the nozzle or the body is formed seamlessly as a continuous single piece member.

  • Patent number: 8023894
Abstract: A mobile communication station is provided with a type information registration unit (11) for registering type information indicating a type of data, which an application installed in an external device can use, therein. The mobile communication station transmits the type information registered in the type information registration unit (11) to a base station apparatus, receives data, which the application installed in the external device can use, from the base station apparatus, and then transfers the received data to the external device.

  • Patent number: 7843869
Abstract: A roadside-to-vehicle communication system for providing a mobile station with application service by utilizing roadside-to-vehicle communication implemented between the mobile station that travels on a road and a base station system installed along the road provides non-network-type communication protocols that can implement diverse application services, even when the mobile station is moving. The roadside-to-vehicle communication system includes transfer service processing entities for implementing data transfer among applications and transaction management entities that have undelivered data resenders, data send/receive for each message, and a message segmenter/assembler that provides unidirectional data transmission and request-response transaction services.

  • Publication number: 20100049819
Abstract: A vehicle communication device for using a plurality of applications in an inter-vehicle communication, and performing a control to avoid congestion of its own vehicle and other vehicles. The vehicle communication device includes a plurality of application units performing the inter-vehicle communication, a lower protocol unit transmitting and receiving data between vehicles, and a middleware unit intervening between the application units and the lower protocol unit. The middleware unit includes a transfer service processing unit, a communication control service unit, and a transmission/reception control processing unit. The communication control service unit controls a congestion avoiding process of its own vehicle and other vehicles based on application priority received for each of the application units, priority for each vehicle, and channel usage rate obtained from the lower protocol unit.

  • Publication number: 20060236521
Abstract: A pipe fixing structure and method are disclosed. In the pipe fixing structure, an ejector 1 on which a pipe 2 is to be fixed is subjected to a pressure which is exerted on the pipe 2 thereby to deform and fix the pipe 2. An enlarged portion 1a larger than the outer diameter of the pipe 2, through which the pipe 2 can be inserted in axial direction, is formed in the ejector 1. A thin portion 2a is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the pipe 2, and a first projection 6 is formed by plastic deformation of the thin portion 2a of pipe 2 under the pressure. The first projection 6 coincides with the enlarged diameter portion 1a so that the pipe is fixed on the ejector 1.
