The shrinkage rate in the primary shrinkage direction when the heat-shrinkable film is immersed in hot water at 70° C. for 30 seconds is 20% or less, the shrinkage rate in the primary shrinkage direction when the heat-shrinkable film is immersed in hot water at 80° C.
