  • Patent number: 10889888
Abstract: There have been cases where transistors formed using oxide semiconductors are inferior in reliability to transistors formed using amorphous silicon. Thus, in the present invention, a semiconductor device including a highly reliable transistor formed using an oxide semiconductor is manufactured. An oxide semiconductor film is deposited by a sputtering method, using a sputtering target including an oxide semiconductor having crystallinity, and in which the direction of the c-axis of a crystal is parallel to a normal vector of the top surface of the oxide semiconductor. The target is formed by mixing raw materials so that its composition ratio can obtain a crystal structure.

  • Patent number: 10867086
Abstract: A streakline visualization apparatus sets a partial region including a discrete point at a first position on a first streakline in an analysis space as an analysis target region of the discrete point. Based on a velocity of fluid in the analysis target region indicated by fluid information, the apparatus calculates a second position indicating a destination of a particle on the discrete point at a second analysis time point. Next, based on information about a structure in the analysis target region indicated by structure information, the apparatus determines a region occupied by the structure in the analysis target region at the second analysis time point. Next, based on the first and second positions, the apparatus determines whether a second streakline has entered the occupied region. If the second streakline has not entered the occupied region, the apparatus displays the second streakline passing through the second position.

  • Patent number: 10863917
Abstract: An excitement propagation visualization apparatus detects an excitement propagation wave front for each analysis time on the basis of excitement propagation data indicative of a potential generated by excitement propagation. Next, the excitement propagation visualization apparatus detects for each analysis time an intersection of a straight line passing through a first point inside a heart and a second point outside the heart and the excitement propagation wave front. Furthermore, the excitement propagation visualization apparatus generates for each analysis time a display object associated with the intersection of the straight line and the excitement propagation wave front. In addition, the excitement propagation visualization apparatus draws the display object generated for each analysis time at a position of the associated intersection in a drawing area indicative of an analysis space.

  • Patent number: 10868744
Abstract: An influence range identification apparatus includes a processor configured to acquire information indicating a first device in which a failure occurs. The processor searches for second devices starting from the first device based on a connection relationship among a plurality of devices. The second devices exist in a first influence range. The processor determines whether a third device exists among the second devices. The third device has abnormality due to the failure. The processor determines whether each of the second devices other than the third device exits in a second influence range starting from the third device based on the connection relationship among the second devices. The processor determines a rank of a degree of a possibility of being affected by the failure with respect to each of the second devices other than the third device.
