The processor is configured to calculate an optical path length from the optical element to an object based on reflected light of the measurement light with which the object is irradiated; and calculate a three-dimensional shape of the object based on the input information and the optical path length.

An overlapping region where the first rectangular region and the second rectangular region overlap exists at any depth position of the grooves. The shrinkage rate in the primary shrinkage direction when the heat-shrinkable film is immersed in hot water at 70° C. for 30 seconds is 20% or less, the shrinkage rate in the primary shrinkage direction when the heat-shrinkable film is immersed in hot water at 80° C.
