  • Publication number: 20190145943
Abstract: A chromatographic data system processing apparatus includes a liquid feeder, a sample injector, a column that separates samples, a detector, a controller that processes a detected result of the detector, and a data processor that examines and sets operations of the liquid feeder, the column and the detector, and a measurement condition. The data processor generates a three-dimensional graph having three axes related to a pressure, a time, and a number of theoretical plates based on data or variables indicating a relationship between the number of theoretical plates and a flow rate, and data or variables indicating a relationship between the pressure and the flow rate. The chromatographic data system processing apparatus can easily obtain a separation condition for obtaining performance from a three-dimensional graph including a pressure drop, a hold-up time and a number of theoretical plates.

  • Patent number: 10281439
Abstract: In the present invention, differences in liquid feed properties between liquid chromatographic devices are determined, a liquid feed time table that takes these differences into account is acquired by way of system changes, and flow control is performed by a pump. Furthermore, the liquid feed time table after the system changes is divided into a plurality of intervals, and instructions are sent to the pump after approximate calculations are performed. Thus, by efficiently performing system change processes, the same measurement results can be obtained in a plurality of different liquid chromatograph devices, regardless of the differences in liquid feed properties.

  • Publication number: 20190118304
Abstract: A period of time during which a laser beam moves through an inner region of a beam spot that ranges from a center of the beam spot to an area corresponding to a thermal energy of 44% with respect to a total thermal energy of the beam spot is set as a moving time tp. “c”, “?”, “?”, “T”. “T0”, “A”, and “Pd” respectively represents a specific heat, a density, a thermal conductivity, a melting temperature, an environmental temperature, a light absorptance, and an energy density of the inner region. A time calculated from Equation (1) is set as a melting time tm. A plate thickness is represented by x and a value of tm/tp is represented by y. The value y is set between a lower limit value (Equation (2)) and an upper limit value (Equation (3)). tm=c×?×?×?[(T?T0)/(2×A×Pd)]2 ??(1) y=0.0027e0.36x ??(2) y=0.0026e0.

  • Patent number: 9581573
Abstract: A liquid chromatograph includes a liquid chromatograph unit that has a pump sending an eluent to a detector and a control unit that controls the liquid to be sent by the pump based on a predetermined time table. The control unit stores an elution response of the liquid chromatograph unit which is obtained when a predetermined command value is input and another elution response which is obtained when the same command value is input to another liquid chromatograph. The time table is converted in the control unit based on the elution response and the other elution response to obtain respective elution profiles. In this manner, even when a measuring method related to another liquid chromatograph is used, it is possible to provide a liquid chromatograph capable of obtaining measurement results which are the same as those obtained when the measuring method is used in the other liquid chromatograph.
