    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes a storage, processing circuitry and a display. The storage stores a first image obtained by capturing a target region of a subject and a second image obtained by capturing the target region. The circuitry is configured to modify a first parameter of each of pixels of the first image based on a second parameter of each corresponding pixel of the second image and a function of the second parameter to generate a third parameter.
