  • Patent number: 8335465
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a first and a second image forming sections, a paper feeding section, and a paper output section. The image forming sections form an image on paper independently. The apparatus is laterally dividable into a first and a second portions where the first and second image forming sections are respectively positioned. The feeding section is arranged below the first image forming section in the first portion. The output section is arranged above the second image forming section in the second portion. The apparatus has two simple transport paths that run vertically through the image forming sections, respectively, without intersecting each other and detouring around the second or first image forming section.

  • Patent number: 7770890
Abstract: An image on a fed document is read, and recording paper on which an output image is formed based on the read image is discharged onto a first tray. When overlapped feeding is detected at the time of feeding a document, page numbers of the overlapped documents are recorded, and an image on a document fed after the overlapped documents is read, an output image is formed on recording paper based on the read image, and the recording paper is discharged onto a second tray to notify the occurrence of overlapped feeding. When the documents are set again by the user and fed, an image on a document of a page number matching a recorded page number is read, an output image is formed on recording paper based on the read image, and the recording paper is discharged onto the first tray.

  • Publication number: 20080224125
Abstract: The disclosed is a semiconductor device which comprises a circuit which is formed on a substrate and which includes an insulated gate type semiconductor field-effect transistor element or an TFT element, wherein as compared with the electrostatic capacitance per a unit area of a gate insulating film at a channel part of the transistor element, the electrostatic capacitance per a unit area of a insulating film at the other portion of overlap part between electrodes or wiring lines is small. In the semiconductor device which has an insulated gate type semiconductor field-effect transistor element or a TFT element, a high mutual conductance is obtained and the absolute value of gate threshold voltage is repressed while the adverse influence to the circuit operation by means of the parasitic capacity is repressed.

  • Patent number: 7274363
Abstract: A display panel driving device and driving method for providing high quality images without irregular luminance even after long-time use. The value of the light-emission drive current flowing when causing each light-emission elements bearing each pixel to independently emit light in succession is measured, then the luminance is corrected for each input pixel data based on the above light-emission drive current values, associated with the pixels corresponding to the input pixel data. According to another aspect, the voltage value of the drive voltage is adjusted in such a manner that one value among each measured light-emission drive current value becomes equal to a predetermined reference current value. According to a further aspect, the current value is measured while an off-set current component corresponding to a leak current of the display panel is added to the current outputted from the drive voltage generator circuit and the resultant current is supplied to each of the pixel portions.
