  • Publication number: 20060055253
Abstract: A small-sized and low-cost stepping motor having a short length in the axial direction and a high output is provided. The stepping motor includes a stator made of a soft magnetic material integrally having first and second outer magnetic poles, a bobbin body integrally having a first bobbin externally fitted to the first outer magnetic pole and a second bobbin externally fitted to the second outer magnetic pole, a first coil wound around the first bobbin, a second coil wound around the second bobbin, and a rotor part made of a soft magnetic material having a magnet fixed around a first column part by interference fit. The rotor part is rotatably supported by a first shaft part of a cover in a hole of the rotor part. An urging member made of a nonmagnetic material is rotatably fitted into the hole of the rotor part, and a compression coil spring urging the rotor part in the axial direction together with the urging member is disposed in the hole.

  • Patent number: 6727672
Abstract: There is provided a small-sized and slim driving device which is easy to manufacture and capable of producing high output. A magnet has a cylindrical shape, and at least the outer peripheral surface of the magnet is circumferentially divided into n sections magnetized so as to have alternately different poles. The magnet can rotate about a rotational axis of the cylindrical shape. A coil is arranged axially of the magnet and parallel thereto. An outer magnetic pole portion is disposed to be magnetized by the coil, and has a plurality of hair comb tooth-shaped portions opposed to the magnet and arranged around the magnet such that an angle corresponding to the circumferential width of each of the hair comb tooth-shaped portions opposed to the magnet about the rotational axis of the hollow cylindrical shape of the magnet is equal to a predetermined angle A.

  • Patent number: 6006041
Abstract: There is disclosed an arrangement which has a projection means (LEDs) for projecting a light, a display means (mirror, finder view field range and the like) for guiding the light projected by the projection means to a predetermined display portion to display an index in the display portion, a variable means (masks, motor, decentring axis and the like) for periodically changing a projecting direction of the light of the projection means, and a control means (mask position detection circuit, control circuit and the like) for determining a projection timing of the projection means in accordance with the projecting direction changed by the variable means to control a position of the index on the display portion. By controlling the projection timing of the projection means, the position of the index in the display portion is controlled. Thereby, without irregularly or complicatedly changing the projecting direction itself, the index can be variously displayed.
