  • Publication number: 20070093359
Abstract: A protection operation control part switches a gate signal interruption switch for protection of power elements to a gate signal interruption side, and invalidates a switching signal from a hybrid control unit to place transistors into a nonconducting operation. A motor current signal from a motor current detector is converted into a current value by a motor current calculation unit, and is inputted to a short-circuit abnormality detection unit through a motor control arithmetic part, and a short-circuit abnormality is detected. At a time of detecting the short-circuit abnormality, an internal combustion engine operation instruction unit gives an instruction to an internal combustion engine control unit so as to limit output of an internal combustion engine, and releases a conduction state of an abnormal motor current.

  • Publication number: 20060280409
Abstract: The head end surface of an optical fiber (2) and the head end surface of an optical fiber (12) are butted to each other in an alignment member (22) of an adapter (21). In the butting, because one of the members clasping the optical fiber (2) is a plate (4a) that is short, the optical fiber (2) is bent and buckled between the left end of the short plate and the right end of the alignment member. Members clasping the optical fiber (12) are a long plate (14b) and a V-grooved base plate (13), and the optical fiber (12) is therefore horizontally fixed between each of right ends of the long plate and of the V-grooved base plate (13) and the left end of the alignment member. This results that the head end surface of the optical fiber (2) and the head end surface of the optical fiber (12) are in tight contact with each other, achieving excellent optical transmission between both optical fibers.

  • Patent number: 7149401
Abstract: A disassembling tool includes a holding block having a housing portion for accommodating a plug connector, a slide block, and a handling part for sliding the slide block. The plug connector comprises an outer member and a plug frame and is accommodated in the housing portion of the holding block. When turning a handle of the handling part, the slide block is slidably moved so that projections provided on the slide block release the locking between locking portions of the outer member and locked portions of the plug frame. Following this, contact portions provided on the slide block come into contact with the plug frame so as to push it out of the outer member by a given amount.

  • Patent number: 7145311
Abstract: A vector control device of a winding field type synchronous machine with which even when voltage changes caused by resistance voltage falls and inductance fluctuations due to armature current occur the armature voltage is controlled exactly to a desired command value and a high power supply utilization percentage is maintained at all times. An absolute value of armature voltage is calculated from an armature voltage command value or an armature voltage detected value, and the armature voltage is controlled by a flux command being regulated so that this absolute value of armature voltage approaches a desired armature voltage command value. Also, the armature voltage command value is regulated so that the loss of the synchronous machine becomes minimal with reference to the armature current and the field current.

  • Patent number: 7128469
Abstract: A lightweight bearing and wave gear drive are provided. An outer or inner bearing ring of the bearing has fixing holes to enable the ring to be attached to another member. The parts of the bearing on which raceway surfaces are formed are made of an iron-based material, while the main bearing ring member is formed of a lightweight material that is lighter than the iron-based material. Surface portions that constitute fixing bolt seats are plated to increase the strength of such portions. The wave gear drive includes a rigid internal gear, a flexible external gear located inside the internal gear, and a wave generator located inside the external gear. The internal and external gears are coupled by the lightweight bearing in a way that allows the gears to rotate relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20060147156
Abstract: There is provided an optical connector device which prevents leakage of light until right before connectors are connected to each other and is small-sized by a reduction in space for housing shutters. The optical connector device is an optical connector device comprising a first optical connector and a second optical connector. When shutters for shutting out light from the optical connectors are collided with each other, the shutters move to positions where they do not shut out the light. Therefore, the first optical connector and the second optical connector are connected to each other. After moving, the shutter of the first optical connector and the shutter of the second optical connector are inserted into the second optical connector while remaining contacting each other.

  • Publication number: 20060127268
Abstract: This invention has been realized in order to obtain green compacts of a fixed height by pressure molding of material powder with a fixed gap between upper and lower punches. A powder compacting method of this invention performs a punch driving step wherein, after filling material powder in a cavity, the material powder filled in the cavity is pressure molded by using an upper punch and a lower punch, said punch driving step comprising a primary driving step of driving either one of the punches until the thickness of the cavity formed between the upper and lower punches becomes slightly greater than a target molding thickness, and a secondary driving step of measuring a gap between the upper and lower punches and driving either one of the punches while controlling it until the measured value reaches the target molding thickness.

  • Publication number: 20060126992
Abstract: A wave transmission medium includes an input port 3-1 and an output port 3-2. A field distribution 1 and a field distribution 2 are obtained by numerical calculations. The field distribution 1 is a field distribution of the propagation light (forward propagation light) launched into the input port 3-1. The field distribution 2 is a field distribution of the phase conjugate light (reverse propagation light) resulting from reversely transmitting from the output port side an output field that is expected to be output from the output port 3-2 when an optical signal is launched into the input port 3-1. According to the field distributions 1 and 2, a spatial refractive index distribution is calculated such that the phase difference between the propagation light and reverse propagation light is eliminated at individual points (x, z) in the medium.

  • Patent number: 6984959
Abstract: A synchronous machine control device includes a flux command generator, a magnetic flux estimator, a divider, a flux controller and ?- and ?-axis armature current controllers. The flux command generator produces a flux command from the synchronous machine turning speed. The magnetic flux estimator calculates the magnitude and phase of armature flux linkage from armature currents and field current taking into consideration magnetic fluxes produced by permanent magnets. The divider produces an armature current command by dividing a torque command by the armature flux linkage. The flux controller determines a field current command based on an error of the magnitude of the armature flux linkage from the flux command.
