  • Publication number: 20240122818
Abstract: The present invention relates to light-scattering silica particles having a light scattering property, the light-scattering silica particles including: a plurality of hollow portions each having a closed pore structure inside the particle, in which the light-scattering silica particles have a volume-based cumulative 50% particle diameter of 1 ?m to 500 ?m and an average circularity of 0.80 or more, and in use of the light-scattering silica particles, a reflectance A of a water cake containing 20 mg/cm2 of silica per measurement cross-sectional area at an ultraviolet wavelength of 310 nm is 30% or more.

  • Patent number: 9315313
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to facilitate discharge of the content in a dispensing container having a delamination structure so as to minimize the amount of remaining content. In order to achieve this object, a gas is housed in the internal container 11 to thereby form a gas space S therein and the volume of the gas is 4% or more of the volume of the internal container 11. The gas preferably moves rapidly in the internal container 11 when the dispensing container is tilted to a discharge posture in order to discharge the content M from the discharge port 14. The gas may be encapsulated in a gas bag or the gas may be encapsulated in a gas chamber formed in the internal container 11.

  • Patent number: 9238527
Abstract: A dispensing container provides that after discharging content, the content which has not been returned to an internal container is prevented from leaking out of a discharge port. The dispensing container has an internal container which contains content and an external container in which the internal container is attached. The external container is provided with a suction port for sucking external air in between the internal container and the external container. A discharge cap is attached to a spout and is provided with a discharge port for discharging the content. The discharge cap includes an inside plug which closes the spout and a cylindrical body covering the inside plug and being provided with the discharge port. The inside plug is provided with a communication port. A valve that is slidable along an axial direction of the communication port is provided to open and close the communication port.

  • Patent number: 4483735
Abstract: The present invention relates to the manufacturing process of semi-insulating gallium arsenide single crystal by pulling a seed crystal contacted with gallium arsenide melt which is obtained by heat-reacting gallium and arsenic in a crucible contained in a pressure container and is characteristic in providing a film layer of 8-20 mm thickness of melted boron oxide with less than 200 ppm water content under pressure controlled at 60 kg/cm.sup.2 and over during reaction and at 5-40 kg/cm.sup.2 during crystal growth in high purity inert gas atmosphere, and during said crystal growth, rotating said seed crystal and said crucible in the same direction, but said seed crystal being rotated 5-30 rpm faster than the said crucible, and setting the crystal growing plane of said seed crystal to be within .+-.3.degree. from {100} plane.
