  • Patent number: 8081533
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device is provided between a refresh request circuit and a command decoder, and includes a refresh synchronous circuit for deactivating a refresh request if an external access request is output from the command decoder. The semiconductor memory device further includes a clock phase adjusting unit that generates a delay to a clock, where the delay is same or longer than the time taken from when the external access request is issued until when a critical path is passed, and the delay is also shorter than one cycle. Then a flip-flop retrieves the request from the command decoder at the clock timing from the clock phase adjusting unit to supply it to the memory cell array.

  • Patent number: 7980978
Abstract: A hoisting and lowering driving engagement multi-row chain is disclosed, in which bending of the connecting pins in the chain is suppressed to avoid fatigue failure. Additionally, the load carrying balance in the chain width direction is improved, and contact vibrations and contact noises generated between the chain and the hoisting and lowering sprockets are suppressed. Endurance of the bush in the chain is thereby improved. Bending of connecting pins is avoided by press-fitting bushes, through which connecting pins pass, into intermediate tooth plates. This also improves load carrying balance widthwise. Contact noises and vibrations between the bushes and sprockets are suppressed by providing bushes with a separate sprocket engagement portion having a larger diameter than the press-fitting portion of the bushes.

  • Patent number: 7942772
Abstract: In a silent chain having interleaved guide rows and joint rows, guide plates at the outer sides of the guide rows are connected by engagement pins which extend through overlapping recesses formed on the outer flanks of the guide row plates, and on the inner flanks of the joint row plates. The engagement pins contact sprocket teeth before the outer flanks of the guide row plates contact the sprocket teeth. Cutouts formed in the guide plates adjacent the engagement pins allow the guide plates to deform and thereby absorb the impact imparted to the engagement pins by the sprocket teeth.

  • Publication number: 20100216581
Abstract: In a silent chain transmission, the distance between the centers of front and rear pin holes of each of the inner link plates of the chain is smaller than the length of the smallest chord obtained by dividing, by the number of sprocket teeth, the circumference of a circle having a radius extending from the center of the sprocket to the center of a pin hole of a link plate of the chain when the last-mentioned link plate is fully engaged with the sprocket.

  • Publication number: 20100160098
Abstract: In a timing chain driving system, the tooth pitch of a driven sprocket from which a tension span of the chain travels toward a driving sprocket varies cyclically around the circumference of the driven sprocket and cyclically increases and decreases the effective length of the tension span in synchronism with cyclic variations in the rotational speed of the driving sprocket, thereby moderating fluctuations in chain tension. Marks on the side of the driven sprocket identify the locations at which the tooth pitch is largest and where the tooth pitch is smallest.

  • Patent number: 7635314
Abstract: In a chain transmission in which a roller chain transmits power from a driving sprocket to one or more driven sprockets, the sprocket teeth are shaped so that at a location radially outward from the sprocket pitch circle, the distance between the front surface of each sprocket tooth to a radial reference line from the sprocket center through the center of the tooth root, is at least as great as the distance from the centerline to the front tooth surface at the pitch circle. The tooth faces merge smoothly with the tooth gap bottom, the sprocket root diameter is smaller than the root diameter according to ISO standards, and the radius of the arcuate tooth gap bottom is greater than the radius of the chain roller.

  • Patent number: 7534182
Abstract: In a sprocket for a chain transmission, teeth are disposed around the circumference of the sprocket at intervals. Arc-shaped tooth gap bottoms are formed between adjacent teeth, and each tooth gap bottom is continuous with the facing tooth surfaces of its adjacent teeth. Each tooth is formed so that its thickness is greater than the thickness of an ISO tooth form and gradually becomes thinner from the pitch line toward the tooth head. At engagement of the chain with the sprocket, a roller first comes into contact with a back tooth surface so that polygonal movement is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 7361967
Abstract: A semiconductor device wherein return wires corresponding to a plurality of fuse wires are arranged collectively in the same region. Moreover, the return wires are arranged in multiple layers. This arrangement creates a region where no return wire is disposed between the fuse wires, thereby permitting an arrangement of the fuse wires at the minimum wiring pitch. Alternatively, the semiconductor device may include fuse strings arranged in a plurality of stages and a plurality of connection wires for supplying signals to the fuse strings in the plurality of stages, respectively, wherein connection wires for other fuse strings are arranged in a region between adjacent fuse strings.

  • Patent number: 7264565
Abstract: A transfer guide for a high-speed power transmission, which can cancel a change in a transmission chain speed so that smooth transmission timing can be realized and a driving power and vibration noises of the transmission chain can be significantly reduced. A curve track T for a transfer guide 100 for a high-speed power transmission disposed in a transfer position X2 just before a transmission chain, which is traveled at a fixed speed by pressing the chain on the inner circumferential side of the chain with a travel limiting guide R, is meshed with a sprocket S, is defined along an movement passage of the roller C2 in the transfer position X2. Thus, the change in the transmission chain speed is canceled so that smooth transmission timing can be reliably realized and the driving power and vibration noise of the transmission chain can be significantly reduced.
