Abstract: A scroll compressor comprises a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll engaged with the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber therebetween, a back pressure chamber arranged at a back side of an end plate of the orbiting scroll, a back pressure hole formed in the end plate of the orbiting scroll to form a fluidal communication between the compression chamber and the back pressure chamber, and a release valve mechanism for discharging the fluid from the compression chamber to the discharge space when a pressure in the compression chamber is higher than the pressure in the discharge space, wherein the back pressure hole and the release flow path are arranged to prevent both of the fluidal communication and the another fluidal communication from being formed simultaneously.

Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a crankshaft rotationally supported on a frame to drive the orbiting scroll, a seal member between an orbiting scroll back surface and the frame, a back pressure chamber of discharge pressure at an inner peripheral side of the seal member, another back pressure chamber of low pressure at an outer peripheral side so that the orbiting scroll is pressed against the fixed scroll with the pressures of these back pressure chambers, and a guide ring supporting an end surface of the seal member at a side opposite to the orbiting scroll and including a guide portion guiding an inner peripheral surface of the seal member so that the seal member is brought into close contact with the orbiting scroll back surface by a wave spring through the guide ring.

Abstract: In an electromotive compressor of an air-conditioner for use in an automobile, an interior space of a container of a compressor is divided into a space including a compression mechanism portion and an electric motor portion, and an oil storage space, wherein an oil passage is provided in a lower portion while a partition having a gas passage in an upper portion thereof, and a gas emission pipe is provided in one of the two (2) spaces at the oil storage portion side, being divided by the partition plate, while an oil supply pipe in the other, thereby making an opening of the oil supply pipe dipped within the lubricating oil even when a car declines.
