Abstract: A hot water apparatus comprises a main body thereof connected to each of water distribution devices 31, 32, and 33 via plumbing 2 and a remote controller 20 for remotely controlling the main body of the hot water apparatus 10. The main body of the hot water apparatus 10 comprises a control device 13 capable of controlling temperature of outflowing hot water which is a temperature of the hot water outflowing from the main body of the hot water apparatus 10 to the plumbing 2. The remote controller 20 comprises a setting element of the temperature of the outflowing hot water 21 for setting the requested value of the temperature of the outflowing hot water, and the correction-data setting element 21U and 24 for setting correction data which defines the deviation value of the temperature of the outflowing hot water with respect to the required value.

Abstract: An air supply fan device including: a fan casing disposed continuously to a combustion chamber containing a gas burner therein; an air supply fan contained inside of the fan casing, for supplying burning air to the gas burner; and a motor disposed outside of the fan casing, for rotating the air supply fan. The air supply fan device comprising: a ventilation hole formed by opening a fan casing constituting wall around a motor rotary shaft of the motor connected to the air supply fan; and a diaphragm valve body which is fixed to the ventilation hole and has a through hole, through which the motor rotary shaft is inserted, opened at the center thereof.

Abstract: A water heating apparatus comprising: a device body for heating and producing hot water that is capable of connecting to one or more remote control units for remotely operating the device body, the device body having an outer casing; a connection-number counter disposed within the outer casing of the device body for determining the number of remote control units upon powering-up the device body; and a display unit disposed within the outer casing of the device body for indicating the number of the connected remote control units determined by the connection-number counter, wherein a display of the display unit is visible from the exterior through a window formed in the outer casing.
