  • Patent number: 7244916
Abstract: A heating and cooking apparatus includes a cooking apparatus main body having a heating chamber, a drawer body including a base for carrying a heated target and formed such that the base moves from inside of the heating chamber to outside, a door drive motor moving the drawer body, and a control unit controlling the door drive motor for varying a moving speed of the door. The control unit is formed to control the door drive motor such that a moving speed of the drawer body at at least one stage selected from a group consisting of a draw-out initial stage, a draw-out final stage, a push-in initial stage, and a push-in final stage is relatively slower than a moving speed of the drawer body in an intermediate stage of a draw-out and push-in operation.

  • Patent number: 7241978
Abstract: The present invention provides a cooking heater which continues cooking without apparently stopping the operation of the cooking heater when a door switch is momentarily turned OFF due to a shock during operation of the cooking heater though the door is not actually opened as far as continuation of the OFF-state is within a predetermined range. Upon receiving a door opening signal, a timer of control means starts counting and when a first period lapse judgment section judges that the count time exceeds a first period T1, a central control section instructs a heating means control section to stop the operation of heating means. Then, before the count time is judged to exceed a second period T2, when a second period lapse judgment section receives a door closing signal, the central control section restarts the operation of the heating means and continues the operation of the cooking heater.

  • Publication number: 20060191925
Abstract: A kitchen apparatus body installed in a cabinet includes a heating chamber configured to carry out processing, such a high-frequency heating, on an object to be processed. The kitchen apparatus body includes an air supply unit configured to suck in cooling air, a first exhaust unit configured to exhaust air including the heat from the heating chamber, and a second exhaust unit configured to exhaust air used to cool a unit, such as a high-voltage transformer, having a high temperature. The air supply unit and the first and second exhaust units are collectively disposed in a side section of the kitchen apparatus body in a manner such that they extend from the front to back and such that the inlet and the outlets open to the front surface. Therefore, the air supply and the exhaust are separated from each other so as to improve their efficiency. Even when vapor is included in the exhaust air, condensation can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20060163239
Abstract: In a cooking heater having an automatically opening/closing door, when a lock determination unit detects that transmission of a torque of a driving unit is stopped by detecting an abrupt deceleration, which suggests that an obstacle to the movement of an opening/closing door that is opening/closing is detected, an operation instructing unit operates the opening/closing door in an opposite direction. Further, in the closing operation of the opening/closing door, when an opening/closing door position calculating unit detects the position ahead of a completely closed position at which the opening/closing door is completely closed by the action of an intermediate switch during the closing operation of the opening/closing door, the operating instruction unit lowers the closing speed of the opening/closing door of the operation instruction unit to prevent such a situation that a user's finger or hand is caught in the opening/closing door.

  • Patent number: 5881644
Abstract: Printing ink attached to non-printing parts on a waterless planographic printing plate can be removed by bringing a rotary roller having a circumferential adhesive surface coated with viscous ink having higher viscosity than that of the printing ink applied to the printing plate into contact with the printing plate in rotation. The viscous ink applied to the rotary roller is higher in viscosity than the printing ink applied to the printing plate for printing, so that the ink transferred from the printing plate to the rotary roller can be steadily captured thus the unnecessary printing ink attached to the non-printing parts on the printing plate is completely removed. Consequently, clear and sharp printed matter with print images excellently reproduced can be obtained at a low cost.
