  • Patent number: 5548098
Abstract: A laser cutting machine which invalidates an alarm generated by a distance sensor during piercing, or invalidates the alarm in a first movement after piercing until a movement is made over a predetermined distance, or invalidates the alarm in a block having no movement, or keeps invalidating the alarm from a piercing start until a movement is made over a predetermined distance after piercing, or invalidates the alarm from a point a predetermined distance before a cutting end point to the cutting end point, or keeps invalidating the alarm from a point a predetermined distance before the cutting end point until a movement is made over a predetermined distance after the arrival at the cutting end point, or invalidates the alarm over a predetermined travel distance in a specified moving command block from the NC program, so the laser cutting machine can prevent cutting from being stopped by an unnecessary alarm generated by the alarm signal of the sensor due to scattered or accumulated spatters, the influence of

  • Patent number: 5471323
Abstract: By applying the offset sampling using four-plane prism provided with four solid state imaging devices at four light output planes, chromatic aberration of lenses is eliminated even to the peripheral part of the imaging plane, and moire suppression effect is much enhanced. Furthermore, by using a plural number of matrix circuits, and by producing the luminance signal by changing the matrix ratios in low frequency range and in high frequency range, moire suppression effect is further enhanced, and luminance error is also eliminated.

  • Patent number: 5406330
Abstract: A video camera having a plurality of solid-state image sensors in an imaging part uses two kinds of vertical drive signals different in the number of vertical transfer operations, to produce a time lag equal to one horizontal period between the output signals of the solid-state image sensors without changing the optical positional relation between the solid-state image sensors, thereby delaying the red and blue signals with respect to the green signal by one horizontal period based on the application of the two kinds of vertical drive signals.

  • Patent number: 4980772
Abstract: An image intensifier tube and a solid-state image pickup device are combined to form a unified image pickup device. A thin fiber plate with thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm is interposed between a phosphor layer of the image intensifier tube and a photosensitive layer of the solid-state image pickup device. A microchannel plate may be incorporated to multiply photoelectrons emitted from a photocathode.

  • Patent number: 4974090
Abstract: An image intensifier tube and a solid-state image pickup device are combined to form a unified image pickup device. A thin transparent glass layer polished to a thickness of 50 microns or less is interposed between a phosphor layer of the image intensifier tube and a photosensitive layer of the solid-state image pickup device. A microchannel plate may be incorporated to multiply photoelectrons emitted from a photocathode.
