Abstract: An information retrieval method for cloud service administration is provided. The method may include establishing a connection with a semantic database. In some embodiments, the semantic database is configured to store information for different cloud services, and the information includes information regarding a first cloud service and information regarding a second cloud service. In some embodiments, the information regarding the first cloud service includes a first entity information and the information regarding the second cloud service includes a second entity information. The method further includes transmitting to the semantic database a request to obtain information regarding an asset. • Publication number: 20210226957
Abstract: In one aspect, just-in-time authentication is provided to assist an administrator or staff of an IT service end user to invoke a function call to a service. The just-time-authentication can provide on-the-fly authentication to the service. In another aspect, granular permissions in executing a task or tasks for a service is enabled for a given administrator or staff of an IT service end user. In some embodiments, the granular permission involves assigning permissions to users either directly or indirectly via a mediating abstraction (such as groups, roles, etc.). Still in another aspect, stateful execution of a command/function call to a service is provided. In the stateful execution, the command/function call to the service is associated with a key, which can comprise a session id, a function name, a count of function executions for current session, and hash of input parameters for the command/function call, and/or any other information.

  • Publication number: 20210224712
Abstract: In one aspect of the present disclosure, activities of users within an IT service end user are recorded. A given record of a user activity may include an output of a command executed by the user, and execution information, input parameter(s) to the command, output of the command, and/or any other type of execution information. In implementations, intelligence may be built into a proxy module corresponding to the command to track an execution of the command started by the user. The execution of the command is captured and stored in a buffer such that another user within the IT service end user can review the execution of the command. In another aspect, user interfaces are provided to facilitate a user within an IT service end user to review activities in administering IT services by another user within the IT service end user.

  • Patent number: 11069422
Abstract: A method for testing a circuit includes performing, by a test engine, a test of a memory element of the circuit, the test accesses a memory location in the memory element, the memory location is identified by an address, and the memory location is accessed via a first port associated with a first port select bit. The method further includes, in response to detecting a failure associated with the memory location, determining an existing entry for the address in a failed address register, and determining that the existing entry in the failed address register is associated with a second port select bit, distinct from the first port select bit. The method further includes, in response to the second port select bit being distinct from the first port select bit, setting a multi-port failure flag for the memory element that is being tested.

  • Publication number: 20210191980
Abstract: Embodiments use successive refinement to allow a user to systematically explore the result set of an arbitrary query over RDF, such as a SPARQL query. A user inputs an arbitrary base query and modifies this query by replacing selected variables with values to which each selected variable is bound within the result set of the base query. Embodiments present, via a GUI, variable facets that may be substituted for query variables. Embodiments also present, through a GUI, a query history graph that represents query versions that a user has created. A user may navigate this query history graph to return to previously-created query versions. The GUI also provides information about the facets, including a number of results that would be included in the result set of the query version resulting from substitution of the facet for the associated variable.

  • Publication number: 20210146553
Abstract: A mechanical hand mimics a human hand having similar degrees of freedom and sensory abilities while appearing visually similar to human hand. The mechanical hand comprises a mechanical hand skeleton and resilient elastomer (e.g., silicone) skin that fully encloses the mechanical hand skeleton. The mechanical hand skeleton may advantageously be molded directly into the resilient elastomer (e.g., silicone) skin such that the hand appears, moves, and feels very similar to a real human hand. The mechanical hand may have applications in robotics, for example as an end-of-arm tool or end effector, or may have other applications. Robotic applications may include prosthetics applications.
