  • Publication number: 20210107104
Abstract: The Rivet Pattern Pitch Gauge is a tool designed to properly space rivets or other fasteners in an aircraft skin repair. The tool consists of a straight edge with measure markings, a row of teeth set at a forty-five degree angle, and a corner that has a half inch radius gauge built in. The tool uses the teeth, which are six times the diameter of the fastener in height and length, to evenly space the fasteners when laying out the aircraft skin repair. It is this spacing coupled with the forty-five degree angled teeth that allow for accurate and quick repair layouts and that differentiate the Rivet Pattern Pitch Gauge from other fastener spacing tools.

  • Patent number: 10536194
Abstract: The present invention is related to an apparatus and method for signaling information exchanging in CoMP (Coordinated Multi-Point). According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a method for signaling information exchanging, a service TP (Transmission Point) and at least one neighboring TP provide the CoMP to at least one UE (User Equipment). The method comprises receiving by the service TP a precoder feedback from at least one UE, wherein the precoder is specific to one of the least one neighboring TP. The service TP decides if the precoder should be sent to the specific neighboring TP. If affirmative, the service TP compresses an indicator indicating the precoder and sends the compressed indicator to the specific neighboring TP.

  • Patent number: 10470213
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for implementing Listen-Before-Talk. According to an embodiment of the present invention, if the channel assessment does not stop at a boundary of the first symbol, the preamble comprises at least a first part, and if the channel assessment stops at the boundary of the first symbol, the preamble comprises a second part. And the first part is transmitted on a remaining portion of the first symbol until the end of the first symbol, and the second part is transmitted on at least one symbol following the first symbol. Besides, the data is transmitted to the receiving device in at least one symbol in the subframe in which the preamble transmission ends.

  • Publication number: 20190332916
Abstract: An aircraft noise monitoring system uses a set of geographically distributed noise sensors to receive data corresponding to events captured by the noise sensors. Each event corresponds to noise that exceeds a threshold level. For each event, the system will receive a classification of the event as an aircraft noise event or a non-aircraft noise event. It will then use the data corresponding to the events and the received classifications to train a convolutional neural network (CNN) in a classification process. After training, when the system receives a new noise event, it will use the CNN to classify the new noise event as an aircraft noise event or a non-aircraft noise event, and it will generate an output indicating whether the new noise event is an aircraft noise event or a non-aircraft noise event.
