  • Publication number: 20220207057
Abstract: A system and method that enables editing capabilities of content accessed from a content management server using any type of locally-installed application is provided. In some embodiments, a content management server stores documents in a cache on the user's computer. Documents can thus be accessed and edited using the document in the local file system of the user. For example, users may open, reserve or lock, download, and edit documents with a single user action such as a click. Advantageously, the teachings of embodiments as described can be used in conjunction with content management systems for improving the user experiences involved in editing documents by providing an ‘instant’ and ‘seamless’ editing experience substantially equivalent to editing files on a local hard disk.

  • Publication number: 20220203184
Abstract: Disclosed golf club heads include a weight channel positioned in the sole and defining a path along the sole. A weight member positioned in the weight channel can be adjusted to any of a range of selectable positions to adjust mass properties of the golf club head. A fastener secures the weight member in any of the selectable positions, while the fastener itself, regardless of where the weight member is positioned along the path, is secured to the body at a fixed location that is independent of the position of the weight member along the path. Part of the weight channel and weight member can be covered by an overhanging portion of the sole, which can form a sit pad. The overhanging portion can be part of a composite sole insert.

  • Publication number: 20220193905
Abstract: Data processing hardware of a robot performs operations to identify a door within an environment. A robotic manipulator of the robot grasps a feature of the door on a first side facing the robot. When the door opens in a first direction toward the robot, the robotic manipulator exerts a pull force to swing the door in the first direction, a leg of the robot moves to a position that blocks the door from swinging in the second direction, the robotic manipulator contacts the door on a second side opposite the first side, and the robotic manipulator exerts a door opening force on the second side as the robot traverses a doorway corresponding to the door. When the door opens in a second direction away from the robot, the robotic manipulator exerts the door opening force on the first side as the robot traverses the doorway.

  • Publication number: 20220189768
Abstract: Silicon carbide (SiC) materials including SiC wafers and SiC boules and related methods are disclosed that provide large dimension SiC wafers with reduced crystallographic stress. Growth conditions for SiC materials include maintaining a generally convex growth surface of SiC crystals, adjusting differences in front-side to back-side thermal profiles of growing SiC crystals, supplying sufficient source flux to allow commercially viable growth rates for SiC crystals, and reducing the inclusion of contaminants or non-SiC particles in SiC source materials and corresponding SiC crystals. By forming larger dimension SiC crystals that exhibit lower crystallographic stress, overall dislocation densities that are associated with missing or additional planes of atoms may be reduced, thereby improving crystal quality and usable SiC crystal growth heights.

  • Patent number: 11361454
Abstract: Wafer images and related alignment methods for crystalline wafers are disclosed. Certain aspects relate to accessing and aligning images of a same or similar crystalline wafer captured from different imaging sources. Alignment may include determining spatial differences between shared crystalline features in various wafer images of the same or similar crystalline wafer and transforming at least one of the images according to the determined spatial differences. With sufficient alignment, information may be associated and/or transferred between the various images, thereby providing the capability of forming a combined wafer image and sub-images thereof with high resolution and spatial coordination between different image sources. Certain aspects relate to development of nondestructive, high fidelity defect characterization and/or dislocation counting methods in crystalline materials based on modern deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN).

  • Patent number: 11354480
Abstract: Various embodiments provide for determining clock gates for decloning based on simulation and a satisfiability solver, which can be part of electronic design automation (EDA). In particular, some embodiments use a simulation process to quickly determine whether enable signals associated with two clock gates are logically equivalent using a random input vector to a circuit design and, if logically equivalent by the simulation process, use a satisfiability solver to determine a variable assignment (e.g., at least one vector) such that the enable signals are found to be non-equivalent.
