  • Publication number: 20220038512
Abstract: In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, a method coordinates experiences of a realm for a group of users, including at least an administrative user and at least one participating user. The method includes transmitting, from the server to an administrative user, a session identifier associated with the realm. The method also includes receiving, by the server, a user acceptance to join a session using the session identifier so that the at least one participating user can experience the realm. In response to receiving the acceptance, the method also includes transmitting to a computing device of the participating user, by the server, executable code including data describing a series of locations in the realm. The series of locations comprises at least a first location and a second location, and the first location is associated with a first panoramic image and the second location is associated with a second panoramic image.

  • Patent number: 11188604
Abstract: A tracking system passively tracks and records searches conducted by actual search engine users. The recorded data for each search event preferably includes the search query submitted, the search engine used, the search result item (e.g., web page) selected, the position (e.g., page number) of this item, and the user's IP address. The collected data is aggregated and analyzed to generate data regarding the search queries used to locate and access particular destinations (e.g., web pages and sites). This data may be used for various purposes, such as (1) to generate reports showing, e.g., how users reach a particular destination from different search engines and geographic locations, (2) to select content to display on a destination page, such that the content is relevant to search queries commonly used to locate that page, and (3) to update the database of one search engine to reflect searches conducted on other search engines.

  • Publication number: 20210360027
Abstract: A cyber threat defense system can incorporate data from an instant messaging platform with multiple other platforms in a client system to identify cyber threats across the client system. The system can have one or more instant messaging modules to collect instant messaging data from one or more network entities that utilizes one or more instant messaging platforms. A user specific profile module can identify a user of the client system associated with the user account based on a composite user profile constructed from user context data collected across multiple platforms of the client system. A risk profile module can associate the user with a user risk profile based on the composite user profile. The risk profile module can apply one or more artificial intelligence classifiers to the instant message based on the user risk profile. A cyber threat module is configured to identify whether the instant messaging data corresponds to a cyber threat partially based on the user risk profile.

  • Patent number: 11155792
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a polymerase activity assay that produces a strong optical signal when a primer-template complex is extended to full-length product. The assay uses Cy3 as the molecular beacon and Iowa Black® RQ as the quencher. The signal-to-noise-ratio (STNR) of this donor-quencher pairing is ˜200-fold over background, which is considerably better than other donor-quencher pairs (STNRs ˜10-20-fold). The STNR allows for solution-based monitoring of polymerase activity. Because the sensor functions via Watson-Crick base pairing, the polymerase activity assay may also be used to evolve polymerases to accept xeno nucleic acids as substrates.

  • Publication number: 20210168161
Abstract: A cyber-threat defense system for a network including its email domain protects this network from cyber threats. Modules utilize machine learning models as well communicate with a cyber threat module. Modules analyze the wide range of metadata from the observed email communications. The cyber threat module analyzes with the machine learning models trained on a normal behavior of email activity and user activity associated with the network and in its email domain in order to determine when a deviation from the normal behavior of email activity and user activity is occurring. A mass email association detector determines a similarity between highly similar emails being i) sent from or ii) received by a collection of two or more individual users in the email domain in a substantially simultaneous time frame. Mathematical models can be used to determine similarity weighing in order to derive a similarity score between compared emails.

  • Publication number: 20210150137
Abstract: Methods and systems for transcript-based bot creation are provided. Information may be stored in memory regarding different automation templates associated with different statement types. A transcript may be imported that includes statements, which may be analyzed and classified as one or more of the different statement types. The imported transcript may be displayed in a graphic user interface with its statements displayed in accordance with the automation templates associated with the respective statement type. User input may be received, including modification input that modifies at least one automation template associated with at least one statement of the displayed transcript designated as an integration point. A custom bot may thereafter be generated based on the modification input and configured to conduct a conversation based on the imported template and to initiate a workflow at the integration point in accordance with the modified automation template.

  • Publication number: 20200396190
Abstract: An endpoint agent extension of a cyber defense system for email that includes modules and machine learning models. An integration module integrates with an email client application to detect email cyber threats in emails in the email client application as well as regulate emails. An action module interfaces with the email client application to direct autonomous actions against an outbound email and/or its files when a cyber threat module determines the email and/or its files (a) to be a data exfiltration threat, (b) to be both malicious and anomalous behavior as compared to a user's modeled email behavior, and (c) any combination of these. The autonomous actions can include actions of logging a user off the email client application, preventing the sending of the email, stripping the attached files and/or disabling the link to the files from the email, and sending a notification to cyber security personnel regarding the email.

  • Patent number: 10864997
Abstract: An integrated aircraft lighting and display panel includes high-density arrays of micro-scale light-emitting diodes (LED) set into a flexible printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB and LED arrays may be set into structural layers corresponding to overhead panels, side panels, bin panels, divider panels, doorway panels, or other interior structural panels of the aircraft. The LED arrays may be activated by a controller to provide cabin lighting, indicate aircraft signage, display high-resolution image or video graphics, or any simultaneous combination of all three. The panel may have a translucent or transparent decorative outer skin which may mimic the outward appearance of wood, stone, bamboo, or other decorative materials while the integrated lighting and display panels are inactive. Highly reflective core materials, such as an aluminum core in a honeycomb pattern, may guide the luminous output of the LED arrays through the outer skin.

  • Publication number: 20200358799
Abstract: The cyber security appliance can have at least the following components. A phishing site detector that has a segmentation module to break up an image of a page of a site under analysis into multiple segments and then analyze each segment of the image to determine visually whether a key text-like feature exists in that segment. A signature creator creates a digital signature for each segment containing a particular key text-like feature. The digital signature for that segment is indicative of a visual appearance of the particular key text-like feature. Trained AI models compare digital signatures from a set of key text-like features detected in the image of that page under analysis to digital signatures of a set of key text-like features from known bad phishing sites in order to output a likelihood of maliciousness of the unknown site under analysis.
