  • Publication number: 20220147172
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for managing collaboration on a virtual work of art between multiple electronic devices are provided. A first graphical display system of a first device may generate an input command in response to receiving user information through a user interface of the first device, and may then share this input command with a second graphical display system of a second device. The first graphical display system may process the shared input command to generate pixel array data in a canvas of the first device while the second graphical display system may process the shared input command to generate pixel array data in a canvas of the second device. By sharing input commands rather than pixel array data, system latency may be reduced. Despite operating on the same artwork, the user interfaces and graphical processing capabilities of each device may vary, thereby providing the user greater expressiveness.

  • Publication number: 20220076076
Abstract: A computing device computes curve descriptive values to correct an error estimate of a prediction. A predefined number of times, an input dataset is split into a training dataset and a validation dataset, a predictive model and a domain model are trained, the trained predictive model and the trained domain model are validated, a predictive error value, a residual value, and a domain error value are computed, and each value is stored in output data. A domain threshold value is computed from the stored domain error values. Each predictive error value and each residual value stored in the output data is stored in in-domain output data when a respective domain error value is less than or equal to the computed domain threshold value. Curve descriptive values are computed to describe a relationship between the residual values as a function of the prediction error values stored in the in-domain output data.

  • Patent number: 11231999
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to detection of anomalous conditions in a variety of types of systems. In one embodiment, a system may be configured to identify anomalous conditions in a stream of measurements. The system may include a communications interface configured to receive a stream of measurements. An archive subsystem may maintain a data archive comprising a statistical representation of the stream of measurements. A pre-processing subsystem may divide the stream of measurements into a plurality of data windows. The plurality of data windows may be analyzed by an analysis subsystem configured to generate a plurality of normalized representations based on the data archive. The plurality of normalized representations may be grouped into a plurality of ranges. An anomaly detection subsystem may perform a comparison of the plurality of normalized representations to at least one threshold and may determine that the comparison indicates an anomalous condition.

  • Publication number: 20210331313
Abstract: A method of localizing a robot includes receiving odometry information plotting locations of the robot and sensor data of the environment about the robot. The method also includes obtaining a series of odometry information members, each including a respective odometry measurement at a respective time. The method also includes obtaining a series of sensor data members, each including a respective sensor measurement at the respective time. The method also includes, for each sensor data member of the series of sensor data members, (i) determining a localization of the robot at the respective time based on the respective sensor data, and (ii) determining an offset of the localization relative to the odometry measurement at the respective time. The method also includes determining whether a variance of the offsets determined for the localizations exceeds a threshold variance. When the variance among the offsets exceeds the threshold variance, a signal is generated.
