  • Patent number: 11915235
Abstract: Systems and methods for interoperable network token processing are provided. A network token system provides a platform that can be leveraged by external entities (e.g., third party wallets, e-commerce merchants, payment enablers/payment service providers, etc.) or internal payment processing network systems that have the need to use the tokens to facilitate payment transactions. A token registry vault can provide interfaces for various token requestors (e.g., mobile device, issuers, merchants, mobile wallet providers, etc.), merchants, acquirers, issuers, and payment processing network systems to request generation, use and management of tokens. The network token system further provides services such as card registration, token generation, token issuance, token authentication and activation, token exchange, and token life-cycle management.

  • Publication number: 20230350900
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer storage media for providing observation stream data of security incidents using an observation stream engine in a security management system. An observation stream framework supports continuously generating and presenting observation stream data that facilitates developing a working hypothesis of an active security incident. The observation stream framework can also include observation stream query-types that can be selected for running queries against a plurality of security data sources. In operation, an observation stream query is accessed. The observation stream query is a user-generated observation stream query associated with an observation stream query-type. The observation stream query-type comprises parameters for querying a plurality of security data sources and dynamic tracking of a security incident. The observation stream query is executed and observation stream data is generated.

  • Publication number: 20230236875
Abstract: The handling of protocol exceptions for deterministic code that communicates with external component(s). A protocol exception host updates an execution state object associated with the deterministic code as the execution of the deterministic code proceeds. The component also detects whether a protocol exception has occurred that was caused by the deterministic code communicating using the protocol with an external component. If the component detects that such a protocol exception has occurred, the component handles the protocol exception. The component also determines whether the handled protocol exception has been successfully handled. If the exception is not successfully handled, the component stops the execution of the deterministic code such that the execution state object includes execution state of the deterministic code up to the stop. Accordingly, the execution state of the deterministic code up to the stop may be later used to resume execution of the deterministic code.

  • Patent number: 11696046
Abstract: Techniques are described for efficient high-resolution output of an image captured using a high-pixel-count image sensor based on pixel binning followed by luminance-guided umsampling. For example, an image sensor array is configured according to a red-green-blue-luminance (RGBL) CFA pattern, such that at least 50-percent of the imaging pixels of the array are luminance (L) pixels. Pixel binning is used during readout of the array to concurrently generate a downsampled RGB capture frame and a downsampled L capture frame. Following the readout, the L capture frame is upsampled (e.g., by upscaling and interpolation) to generate an L guide frame with 100-percent luminance density. An upsampled RGB frame can then be generated by interpolating the RGB capture frame based both on known neighboring RGB information (e.g., from the RGB capture frame and previously interpolated information), as adjusted based on local luminance information from the L guide frame.

  • Patent number: 11575853
Abstract: An image sensor includes ADCs, each including a comparator receiving a ramp signal and an image signal, and generating a comparator output. Each ADC also includes a counter ceasing to change a digital count value in response to a change in the comparator output. The digital count value has a first resolution. Each ADC also includes a delay line circuit including a delay line generating a first digital value encoding a duration of a period of the counter clock and generating a second digital value encoding a first portion of the period of the counter clock. Each ADC also includes a delay to digital circuit generating a digital output value based on the first and digital values. The digital output value encodes a second value of the ramp signal, where the digital count value has a second resolution that is greater than the first resolution.

  • Patent number: 11523071
Abstract: Techniques are described for disparity-preserving pixel binning during consistently binned parallel readout of an imaging sensor array having both phase detection autofocus (PDAF) pixels and imaging pixels. Each group of PDAF pixels and each group of imaging pixels is coupled with pixel actuators according to an particular arrangement, so that consistently applied control of the pixel actuators results in desired binning of both the PDAF pixels and the imaging pixels. According to some implementations, though such control of the pixel actuators is consistently applied across the pixels of the array, parallel readout of the sensor array yields diagonally binned imaging pixels, but vertically binned PDAF pixels to preserve horizontal PDAF disparity information. Additionally or alternatively, disparity-inducing structures are configured to position same-disparity PDAF pixels so that consistently applied control of the pixel actuators preserves disparity information during binning.

  • Patent number: 11470270
Abstract: Techniques are described for efficient staggered high-dynamic-range (HDR) output of an image captured using a high-pixel-count image sensor based on pixel binning followed by luminance-guided upsampling. For example, an image sensor array is configured according to a red-green-blue-luminance (RGBL) CFA pattern, such that at least 50-percent of the imaging pixels of the array are luminance (L) pixels. In each image capture time window, multiple (e.g., three) luminance-enhanced (LE) component images are generated. Each LE component image is generated by exposing the image sensor to incident illumination for a respective amount of time, using pixel binning during readout to generate appreciably downsampled color and luminance capture frames, generating an upsampled luminance guide frame from the luminance capture frame, and using the upsampled luminance guide frame to guide upsampling (e.g., and remosaicking) of the color capture frame.

  • Patent number: 11386996
Abstract: A method of pairing a therapeutic product delivery device to a handset is described. The handset is restricted to controlling only delivery devices which it is paired with. The method comprises the steps of: at the delivery device, setting, in response to the delivery device being connected to a charging device, a pairing indicator indicating that the delivery device is available for pairing, and broadcasting the pairing indicator using a radio transceiver; at the handset, discovering the delivery device based on the broadcast pairing indicator; and pairing the discovered delivery device and the handset together. By limiting the handset to pairing with devices which are broadcasting a pairing indicator, and by limiting the setting and/or broadcast of the pairing indicator to when the delivery device is connected to a charging device, the risk of accidentally pairing the wrong delivery device (for example someone else's) to the handset is greatly reduced.
