Short-dash-long-dash broken lines in FIGS. 1-8 are invisible boundaries which separate claimed surfaces from disclaimed surfaces. The short-dash-long-dash lines form no part of the claimed design. Dot-dash lines in FIG. 2 identify an area enlarged by FIG. 9. The dot-dash lines in FIGS. 2 and 9 form no part of the claimed design.
