  • Publication number: 20250091020
Abstract: A fluid distributor is provided for distributing a fluid in an up-flow reactor. The fluid distributor includes a supply pipe and a plurality of fluid distribution arms that extend from the supply pipe. Each of the fluid distribution arms has a plurality of holes for discharging the fluid. An elongated hood is spaced from and at least partially surrounds each of the fluid distribution arms to redirect the fluid when discharged from the plurality of holes in the fluid distribution arms. Each hood has a plurality of holes for allowing the passage of the fluid through the hood. Each of the hoods is formed from a plurality of hood segments that positioned end to end along a length of the fluid distribution arm and have deflectors to impede the fluid from flowing between adjacent ones of the hood segments.

  • Patent number: 12212597
Abstract: In an embodiment, a management system obtains a criticality rules table that includes a plurality of rules mapped to corresponding criticality scores indicative of a level of risk in the event that an associated asset of a managed network is compromised by a third party. The one embodiment, the criticality rules table is updated based upon machine learning and/or feedback from an operator of the managed network. In another embodiment, the criticality rules table is used to assign one or more criticality scores to one or more assets based on one or more attributes of one or more assets, and the criticality rules table.

  • Publication number: 20250015060
Abstract: An electronic display comprises an array of pixels each comprising first, second, and third primary light-emitting elements that emit primary colors at first, second, and third physical primary color points on a chromaticity diagram, and one or more derivative light-emitting elements that each emit a derivative color at a derivative color point on the chromaticity diagram. The physical primary color points and each derivative color point are located on a boundary of a virtual color space that includes first, second, and third apexes at first, second, and third virtual primary color points on the chromaticity diagram. At least one of the first, second, and third virtual primary color points is different from the first, second, and third physical primary color points, respectively. A color gamut for the pixels is greater than a corresponding gamut for corresponding pixels that are configured to only emit the primary colors.

  • Patent number: 12118921
Abstract: A method comprises producing or receiving information regarding content to be displayed on an array of pixels as a function of time, wherein the information includes a specified light output for each pixel in the array as a function of time, determining an expected change in light output intensity for each of one or more of the pixels as a function of time, wherein the expected change in light output intensity for each of the one or more of the pixels is dependent, at least in part, on the specified light output for at least a portion of the pixels in the array, and modifying an output of each of the one or more of the pixels as a function of time to compensate for at least a portion of the expected change in the light output intensity.

  • Patent number: 11927472
Abstract: Modular storage systems include load sensors disposed beneath or in association with platforms. The load sensors are pulse-sampled for signals corresponding to loads at time intervals, rather than continuously, in order to conserve electrical power. An item associated with a transaction is identified based on a change in the loads, as determined from the pulse-sampled signals. The platforms are aligned at horizontal or non-horizontal angles, and photovoltaic power sources with banks of photovoltaic cells are mounted to front edges of the platforms. When a user reaches over one of the photovoltaic cells to access an item on a platform, a level of power or voltage generated by the photovoltaic cell is diminished. The item closest to the photovoltaic cell having the diminished power or voltage, or a customer that accessed the item, may be identified accordingly.

  • Patent number: 11863865
Abstract: A system and method that guides a user to record initial and final walkthrough videos, along with audio, of their rental property is disclosed. The embodiments also provide a system that can scan a lease for the rental property, as well as audio from a user's narration of the video, and extract and tag particular features of the video for efficient querying at a later time. The system can interpret portions of the lease that are relevant to particular items or components in the apartment (for example, major appliances) and guide the user to perform a comprehensive inspection of the items mentioned in the lease.

  • Publication number: 20230197105
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for automatic real-time identification of dissatisfaction data are disclosed. A receiver receives real-time stream of call transcript data generated during a call or a chat between a customer and an agent. A processor implements a machine learning model that includes predefined complaint data; applies the received call transcript data onto the machine learning model; compares, in response to applying, the call transcript data with predefined complaint data; generates a first similarity score, based on comparing, that identifies how similar the call transcript data is compared to the predefined complaint data; and automatically identifies the call transcript data as a first dissatisfaction data based on determining that the first similarity score is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value.

  • Patent number: 11529644
Abstract: A robotic apparatus for painting a workpiece includes a redundant axis robot for use in a robotic painting system. The redundant axis of rotation provides the robot arm additional flexibility in avoiding obstacles and reaching an interior of the workpiece to apply paint thereto. The robotic apparatus could be a seven-axis robot arm or a five-axis parallel link panel opener robot arm for opening and/or closing the panel. The robot arms are mounted on at least one vertically oriented column adjacent a path of travel of the workpiece through a painting booth and the robot arms can be mounted on a common base.

  • Patent number: 11410122
Abstract: An impulse strip including a plurality of clips, hooks or other features for attaching items to the impulse strip also includes a plurality of switches associated with each of the clips, hooks or other features. The switches are in communication with illuminators or other indicators that are arranged in an array. When an item is loaded onto the strip, or removed from the strip, a switch may be opened or closed, causing one of the illuminators in the array to be activated or deactivated accordingly. An image captured of the illuminators is processed to determine which of the illuminators is activated and which is deactivated, and an inventory level of the strip may be determined based on the statuses of the respective illuminators corresponding to the clips, the hooks or the other features of the impulse strip.

  • Patent number: 11346703
Abstract: A platform is supported at four corners by four half-bridge load cells. Adjacent load cells are oppositely polarized. During operation, analog output from a pair of oppositely polarized half-bridge load cells is provided to an instrument amplifier. Analog output from the instrument amplifier is provided to an analog to digital converter to provide digital data. The digital data is then used to determine weight data indicative of a weight as measured by the pair of half-bridge load cells at that time. A set of switching elements, such as a quad bilateral switch controlled by a microcontroller, rapidly switch between pairs of oppositely polarized load cells. The weight data may be used to determine an overall weight change on the platform, such as a pick or a place of an item. Weight data from the four pairs of load cells may be used to determine a change in center of gravity.
