  • Publication number: 20230197105
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for automatic real-time identification of dissatisfaction data are disclosed. A receiver receives real-time stream of call transcript data generated during a call or a chat between a customer and an agent. A processor implements a machine learning model that includes predefined complaint data; applies the received call transcript data onto the machine learning model; compares, in response to applying, the call transcript data with predefined complaint data; generates a first similarity score, based on comparing, that identifies how similar the call transcript data is compared to the predefined complaint data; and automatically identifies the call transcript data as a first dissatisfaction data based on determining that the first similarity score is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value.

  • Patent number: 11546507
Abstract: A system and method that guides a user to record initial and final walkthrough videos, along with audio, of their rental property is disclosed. The embodiments also provide a system that can scan a lease for the rental property, as well as audio from a user's narration of the video, and extract and tag particular features of the video for efficient querying at a later time. The system can interpret portions of the lease that are relevant to particular items or components in the apartment (for example, major appliances) and guide the user to perform a comprehensive inspection of the items mentioned in the lease.

  • Patent number: 11529644
Abstract: A robotic apparatus for painting a workpiece includes a redundant axis robot for use in a robotic painting system. The redundant axis of rotation provides the robot arm additional flexibility in avoiding obstacles and reaching an interior of the workpiece to apply paint thereto. The robotic apparatus could be a seven-axis robot arm or a five-axis parallel link panel opener robot arm for opening and/or closing the panel. The robot arms are mounted on at least one vertically oriented column adjacent a path of travel of the workpiece through a painting booth and the robot arms can be mounted on a common base.

  • Patent number: 11410122
Abstract: An impulse strip including a plurality of clips, hooks or other features for attaching items to the impulse strip also includes a plurality of switches associated with each of the clips, hooks or other features. The switches are in communication with illuminators or other indicators that are arranged in an array. When an item is loaded onto the strip, or removed from the strip, a switch may be opened or closed, causing one of the illuminators in the array to be activated or deactivated accordingly. An image captured of the illuminators is processed to determine which of the illuminators is activated and which is deactivated, and an inventory level of the strip may be determined based on the statuses of the respective illuminators corresponding to the clips, the hooks or the other features of the impulse strip.

  • Patent number: 11346703
Abstract: A platform is supported at four corners by four half-bridge load cells. Adjacent load cells are oppositely polarized. During operation, analog output from a pair of oppositely polarized half-bridge load cells is provided to an instrument amplifier. Analog output from the instrument amplifier is provided to an analog to digital converter to provide digital data. The digital data is then used to determine weight data indicative of a weight as measured by the pair of half-bridge load cells at that time. A set of switching elements, such as a quad bilateral switch controlled by a microcontroller, rapidly switch between pairs of oppositely polarized load cells. The weight data may be used to determine an overall weight change on the platform, such as a pick or a place of an item. Weight data from the four pairs of load cells may be used to determine a change in center of gravity.

  • Publication number: 20220150274
Abstract: In an embodiment, a management system obtains a criticality rules table that includes a plurality of rules mapped to corresponding criticality scores indicative of a level of risk in the event that an associated asset of a managed network is compromised by a third party. The one embodiment, the criticality rules table is updated based upon machine learning and/or feedback from an operator of the managed network. In another embodiment, the criticality rules table is used to assign one or more criticality scores to one or more assets based on one or more attributes of one or more assets, and the criticality rules table.

  • Patent number: 11326934
Abstract: An apparatus includes a platform or other accessory that is supported by one or more piezoelectric transducers. As items are placed on or removed from the accessory, the piezoelectric transducer generates an electric charge that is representative of a change in weight. An amplifier receives the charge and provides output voltage that can be sampled to determine a weight value. In one implementation the platform may be supported by a transducer assembly comprising a frame and a pair of piezoelectric transducers on opposite sides of the frame. Signals from the pair may be used to compensate for environmental effects on the assembly, such as changes in temperature. The piezoelectric transducers and associated circuitry are extremely energy efficient, consuming little electrical power during operation.

  • Patent number: 10501209
Abstract: A method and apparatus for maintaining a selected configuration for a structure. Metrology data for a support system is received while the support system holds the structure. A determination is made as to whether a current configuration of the structure is within selected tolerances of the selected configuration for the structure based on the metrology data. The support system is moved to move the structure held by the support system into the selected configuration in response to a determination that the current configuration of the structure is not within the selected tolerances of the selected configuration for the structure.
