  • Patent number: 12235886
Abstract: An embodiment includes executing a querying process that returns database documents containing text associated with a database environment. The embodiment tokenizes the database documents into a series of n-gram tokens and groups the tokens into topic classes using natural language processing (NLP). The embodiment also generates a feature map by applying a convolution layer to an image that depicts a database structure graph of the database environment. The embodiment detects an architectural element in the image by applying a region proposal network (RPN) to the feature map and classifies the architectural element into one of the plurality of topic classes using a trained neural network. The embodiment renders, responsive to a user selection of the architectural element, an overlay depicting information about the architectural element using text and other architectural elements that are in a same topic class as the user-selected architectural element.

  • Patent number: 12190253
Abstract: A system according to which a network of physical sensors are configured to detect and track the performance of aircraft engines. The physical sensors are placed in specific locations to detect an exhaust gas temperature, vibration, speed, oil pressure, and fuel flow for each aircraft engine. The performance of each aircraft engine is then viewed in combination with oil consumption associated with that aircraft engine and the routine maintenance program associated with that aircraft engine to route the aircraft and move the aircraft, in accordance with the routing, to a specific location. The sensors efficiently track the performance and physical condition of the engines. Moreover, a listing of identified “at-risk” engines is displayed on a screen of a GUI in a manner that allows for easy navigation and display. Data point(s) that triggered the identification of each “at-risk” engine are easily accessible and viewable.

  • Patent number: 12105722
Abstract: Provided are techniques for building and using a sparse Time Series Database (TSDB). Time series records are received from a native TSDB, where each of the time series records includes a timestamp and one or more tags. Timeslots are determined for shards for the sparse TSDB based on the timestamp included in each of the time series records. The sparse TSDB is built by creating the shards for the determined timeslots and storing the time series records in the shards, while filling in empty ranges in the shards. A query that specifies at least one of the one or more tags is received. It is determined whether to execute the query against the sparse TSDB, and, in response to a determination to execute the query against the sparse TSDB, the query is executed against the sparse TSDB to generate results that are returned.

  • Publication number: 20240277923
Abstract: An ambulatory pump having a disposable drug container comprised of a flexible IV-type bag sealed to a length of tubing extending from the IV bag. The IV bag is contained in a lightweight rigid housing facilitating attachment to the skin and providing a guide channel for the IV tube against a retaining wall. This allows a motorized backpack to be simply installed on the rigid housing of the drug container for peristaltic pumping of the medicine through the IV tube during use, and then removed from the drug container for reuse with a different drug container, minimizing the overall system cost.

  • Patent number: 12045235
Abstract: In a computer-implemented method for improving performance of a database optimizer, a processor calculates a first execution time for a database query executing through a first access path of a database system. A processor generates a second access path. A processor determines a second execution time via a simulation of the database query through the second access path. A processor determines that the second execution time is less than the first execution time. A processor, responsive to determining that the second execution time is less than the first execution time, sends the second access path to the database optimizer.
