    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. An apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry that decodes prediction information for a current block in a current coded picture. The prediction information indicates a motion vector predictor index (MVP_idx) for selecting a motion vector predictor in a motion vector predictor list. The processing circuitry determines whether the MVP_idx is smaller than a threshold. When the MVP_idx is determined to be smaller than the threshold, the processing circuitry decodes a motion vector difference (MVD) corresponding to the motion vector predictor and reconstructs the current block based on the motion vector predictor and the MVD. When the MVP_idx is determined to be equal to or larger than the threshold, the processing circuitry reconstructs the current block based on the motion vector predictor without the MVD which is not signaled in the coded video sequence.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of efficient utilization of fertilizers, and specifically relates to a pH-buffering synergistic carrier for reducing ammonia volatilization in urea, and a preparation method and use thereof. In the present disclosure, a hydroxyl-containing organic acid and alkali are used as raw materials to obtain a pH buffer. A pH buffer performance protectant prepared from chelating precipitant as a main raw material is combined with the pH buffer to prepare the pH-buffering synergistic carrier. The pH buffer protection agent prevents the pH buffer from reacting with metal ions in the soil. The pH-buffering synergistic carrier is combined with urea, and an R—CO—NH—CO—NH2 structure formed by R—COOH in the carrier and an amino group of the urea can effectively enhance a stability of the pH value in a urea fertilizer micro-domain, thus ensuring the supply of a nitrogen fertilizer while reducing ammonia volatilization losses.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of value-added urea preparation, and specifically relates to a two-component foam inhibitor and a preparation method thereof, and a method for reducing foaming in production of urea humate. In the present disclosure, a foam control agent in the two-component foam inhibitor lowers a pH value of a humate solution to reduce the production of ammonia in a urea melt, and can avoid condensation of the humate solution caused by lowering the pH value and a difficulty in adding the humate solution to the urea melt. A suspension adsorbent in the two-component foam inhibitor can adsorb free ammonia in the urea melt and ammonia generated after adding the humate solution. In summary, the two-component foam inhibitor can effectively reduce a foaming reaction during production of the urea humate, avoid powdering of urea humate particles, and improve a production efficiency.

In this way, contour sampling data of the tool with high precision can be analyzed to correct the actual path data to fit the desired one, so as to improve the path accuracy.
