Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for shielding radiation comprising biomaterial poly-gamma-glutamic acid, and it is confirmed that the polygamma-glutamic acid polymer exhibits a radiation shielding effect up to 87% at a concentration of 0.33 to 1.65 ?M and thus a composition comprising the poly-gamma-glutamic acid is provided as a material for shielding radiation, and a radiation shielding material using the composition and a method of preparing the same are provided.

Abstract: There is provided an all-in-one underwear having a brassiere portion, a waist slimming portion, and a girdle portion which are integrated with each other. The girdle portion includes an integrated leg insertion portion extended by a predetermined length from a lower portion of the groin toward a knee, a lower zipper openably/closably provided from a navel region to a coccyx region of the hips in the middle of the leg insertion portion, thus solving physiological phenomena of excretion, and a pad having a predetermined length and width and provided on an inner surface of a lower zipper region in such a way as to be secured at a surface in a longitudinal direction thereof, thus preventing damage to the skin when a slider of the lower zipper is opened or closed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel microorganism producing L-type poly-gamma-glutamic acid and an L-type poly-gamma-glutamic acid produced thereby and, more particularly, to Bacillus megaterium Toha (KCTC11752BP) isolated from salt-fermented Toha shrimps (Korean traditional fermented food) and an L-type poly-gamma-glutamic acid produced thereby. The novel microorganism Bacillus megaterium Toha (KCTC11752BP) has the ability to produce L-type poly-gamma-glutamic acid which can be used in high-value-added microbial agents, probiotic agents, immune-activating agents, animal drugs, cosmetics, moisture absorbers, thickeners, biodegradable plastics, etc.

Abstract: Provided is a method for treating damage to the gastric mucosa with a cytoprotective agent, comprising administering to a human in need thereof a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount for treating damage to gastric mucosa of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of revaprazan as the cytoprotective agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Revaprazan or its salt has an excellent treatment effect for gastrointestinal mucosal damage by potentiating a defensive factor in the gastrointestinal mucosa, simultaneously with acting as an acid pump antagonist.

Revaprazan or its salt has an excellent preventive or treatment effect for gastrointestinal mucosal damage by potentiating a defensive factor in the gastrointestinal mucosa, simultaneously with acting as an acid pump antagonist.
